Dear all,
I'm waiting for my Mate 7 to update to Lollipop, but still haven't received any message. I tried to find on the internet when this update will roll out and got to know that the update to Lollipop has already rolled out. I tried to check for updates manually, but then it says "no updates". Why can't I update to Lollipop?
I bought this dual-sim version in Hong Kong. Is it possible that the seller installed another ROM on it then the original one of Huawei itself? For information about my phone, I have attached 2 screenshots.
Please feel free to ask if you need more information to help me out.

Better u must stay on 120sp4 just like me bcoz Huawei developers said they will release in first or second week of August month but only 120 user can get update in TL10 gold version...

I have the Chinese rom. Posting when the upload finishes its for the gold edition of mate7 which is dual sim.

what really? why??!! only for 120SP4?? I'm on 128, so that means I have to downgrade then upgrade when the official release comes out??
I would not be so rushed to install lollipop first, after testing 2 betas. I still find 125 kitkat works the best so far

Guys jeez forget about scrappy lollipop it is EPIC FAIL.. don't think it is any better just bc is is newer .. God get it already !

Ask the zenfone 2 users if they enjoy being stuck on 5.0.1 right now.... Lollipop has been a terrible upgrade overall. Overpromised and way undelivered.

I accidentally deleted the Mirror app because when I changed the account country, it installed a different version, and now I'm looking for a regular version that Compatible With android 11

The old version should be saudi arabia i think a group of countries carrying the same package but the one i deleted was chinese and it's different

Give it time, use as it is for the moment. Final builds will be rolled out slowly but steadily.

Yes it it. But it did answer my question, whether user's who updated to b342 via FG would receive future OTA updates or not.

I think HUAWEI will provide upgrade of 6X untill Android O officially coming out.
Even i have the same version and same issue. does anyone know which build other regions are using that has this feature and can we install/flash it on BL21?? I keep bugging HuaweiPakistan on twitter and they just keep telling me update is coming coming on way on way

I have gr5 2017 (hohor 6x) from egypt and I have updated it to nougat by firmware finder...it was
bll.l22c636b160 ... and it became bll.l22c636b370...in the picture I updated to the third 1 with2.63 giga the third one in the pictue...
the second 1 said it doesnt approve for installation ....the question is do I need to update to the first 1 with 435 m .. it says improve stability and google security.... or its not an update...im confused...plz help...by the way the phone works fine
anyone has an idea...????

these are the updates guys I set up the third and the second wasnt approved so the question is
the first one approved is it an update to the third one which I had setup already or it is not

I had Huawei GR5, there was Swype for Huawei keyboard pre-installed.
I bought a new mobile ( Huawei GR3 2017 ) and found only Gboard !
I thought Swype for Huawei keyboard comes with all Huawei mobiles, Am I wrong ?
If there should be the keyboard, Why I can't find it ?
If the mobile doesn't come with it, Can I take the APK from another Huawei phone ( GR5 ) and it will be compatible with GR3 2017 ?
Gboard is better I also using it

I liked Swype more than Gboard.
My question is, Does the phone really don't come with Swype Keyboard ? Or I'm missing something in the settings or I should do factory reset or something else ?

Hi there, i don't know if every Huawei phone comes with Huawei Swype installed, since that this is my first phone of them, but you could try to install it via APK indeed. You have it, or you need that i upload it here for you?

It got removed for me after updating. This is happening on plenty of users.
it should be by default. if not, a factory reset or settings-apps-3 dots, reset app preference may bring it back again.
