How to convert stock firmware from SM-N920G to SM-N920P - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note5

I have Note 5 (SM-N920P) for Sprint, which is came with a limited set of languages,
I added more languages by modifying the language.xml but nothing happened then I realized that the whole system is stripped from all other languages,
I disabled the dm-verity as well but a red line is showing after booting (Kernel SElinux is not set to Enforcing) and the phone is stuck at Samsung logo,
What I need is to convert a stock firmware from another Note 5 with multi-languages and to disable dm-verity,
I found someone who already did it in the link below but he doesn't want to share it or sell it to anyone except repair shops,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qep7fkDq9Zk
So I chose to convert N920GUBS3BQB1 6.0.1 for SM-N920G to N920PVPS3BQB1 6.0.1 for SM-N920P as they share the same base build,
I set everything up in order to do so,
I would be grateful if someone could provide me with instructions on how to do that and I really want to learn how to do so as well,
Many thanks in advance

Update
After downloading the full firmware for SM-N920P and SM-N920G,
I extracted SM-N920P and replaced the boot.img with a modified one that has dm-verity disabled (for that I chose Aurora kernel), cache.img and the system.img for SM-N920G,
I repacked the firmware using cityradar's tool (Thanks to him you can find in the link https://forum.xda-developers.com/s6-edge-plus/general/tool-tools-file-extraction-img-tar-md5-t3236605 ),
I flashed it with odin and the phone booted successfully and everything is working fine except there is no baseband,
Then I replaced the modem for SM-N920P with the one for SM-N920G and re-flashed but it failed because the security check for the radio file,
Now the only thing remains is how to disable the secure download in download mode or to modified the modem.bin and make it bypass the security check,
I would appreciate if someone could help with this matter,
I will be awaiting for your replies

try reflashing the modem.bin for the n920p

Thank you for the reply,
I already did that from the start that's why there is no baseband,
If you check the youtube link in the first post you will see that the guy flashed the modem for the SM-N920C into SM-N920P,
So we need to modify the modem.bin to bypass the security check

Let's proceed to plan B as I feel that the expert in xda are not here anymore,
Let's port the firmware (app, priv-app and everything related to them only) from SM-N920G to SM-N920P,
Everything is set up with the latest tools from xda (deodexing, modifying and repacking) in both Windows and Linux,
I searched the forum but I couldn't find a thread about porting from-to the same model,
I would be grateful if someone could advise me on how to do that,
Your replies are appreciated

aren't bin files just containers? have you tried extracting the files from the modem.bin? and opening some of the contents in a text editor?

did u accomplish i had tried too i was falied !!!!!!!!!

I have sprint N920P. But there are some problems,
1. no hotspot available
2. some network activation crap when turn on phone
I want to convert it to N920G. How can I do that ? (If possible).
I have another question, If I do something wrong and at the end, flash N920P stock rom, will my phone carrier locked? I don't know how this network unlocking works. Is it on device software or on network side. ?
Thanks

I have file to change the model from n920p to n920c.
I have file and tutorial.
I bought Note 5(n920P) from Honk Kong and I couldn't use it in UK.
I paid for this file and now I have in phone description n920C, no sprint activation, active hotspot and what was most important for me 4G network.
If you are interested write me please.

Stock firmware for Huawei E5776

Hi
Does anyone have stock firmware for Huawei E5776 in English please.
My E5776 was showing NO SERVICE after unlocking from EE no matter which SIM I used so I updated it to a newer firmware version but that turned out to be some Russian network's firmware and moreover its in Russian language.
Is there anyway that I can revert back to the old EE firmware in English or update it to stock firmware if available.
Thanks

Got the same one with EE firmware, it reports that it's in roaming, but after setting up APN and connecting manually (or marking the connect in roaming checkbox) it works fine.
But I'm also interested in getting the stock (or other than EE and english) firmware.
Someone tried german updater?

Found stock firmware/dashboard for my E5776 from ee.co.uk!
And it's working fine - here's a screenshot which proves that:

It's on german huawei site: http://huaweidevices.de/e5776?show=downloads but it's multi-language!
There's also pdf with instructions - first need to install the Update_UT* (drivers) and then the e5776_Update*.
If it asks for flash code, you can generate it here: http://www.modemunlock.com/huawei.php

Yes, it is
Hi,
Yes, I have just updated mine which was an EE branded, all is well happily connected to three using the stock firmware.
If yours is an EE one too then don't forget to get the firmware update password from that site in the post mentioned earlier.

Yes, it is likely to work.
EE is a network in the UK.
The stock firmware is coming form the German Huawei site.
It did work for my device, at any rate, there are no guarantees.

No nothing to worry about. That is just the location of the JS served by the router. (It will not run, when you click that link.) But since yesterday I also need these:

No problem, just go to the page:
http://192.168.1.1/html/sdcardsharing.html
and then (if you use Firefox) hit CTRL-U. This opens a new browesr window with the pure HTML code, without the JavaScript modifications, so that you can copy & paste it.

Update and lose 4G
I recently followed the instructions on installing the stock firmware on my OPTUS 4G E5776. All seemed right, I had the Huawei dashboard, but after doing this, all I can connect to is to the 3G network. It seems that if you use the stock firmware, you will lose the ability to connect to the 4G network. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to set is so you can still get 4G? I have searched high and low and could not find anywhere to download and reinstall the OPTUS firmware again so I just returned it to where I purchased it from for a replacement. I am not game enough to do this again until I know I can get 4G, as this is the reason I purchased the 4G modem in the first place for better and faster speeds.
Thanks
4G Connection
@Brad1982
Someone who followed the instructions on my website to update the firmware just got in contact with me today with exactly the same issue (on the UK EE network).
To restore 4G connection go to the connection settings page and switch from Auto to 4G only and save setting. The modem will now connect correctly. Once connected for the first time you can then switch back to Auto and 4G should still work. Why this step is necessary is a bit of a mystery I'm afraid!
drops connection
I followed this thread to unlock and install the default firmware, all went ok but I find that it drops connection frequently. I change settings to 3G only and manual connect which seems to help but it still does it, any ideas?
I have seen some of the bugs mentioned here also:
http://willtaylor.org/update-e5776-firmware/
I found this link looking for an update but it looks like source code, may be useful to someone:

[SM-G920R7] S6 Thread

My goal would be to install Cyanogenmod on my SM-G920R7, but haven't been able to find too much help. Any of the rooting methods that seem to work on rest of the S6 variants, doesn't seem to work on this one. There is no TWRP available that I know of.
I would really appreciate any possible help. Thanks in advance.
i have the same problem
I think that this version of the s6 (the cspire version) isn't widely available enough and no one has bothered to make a root for it - ive been searching for a long time and still haven't found anything
I'd like to at least be able to root this thing.. On 5.1.1 now.
I have a rooted cellphone of this version (I purchased it rooted), is there any workaround to unlock GSM/LTE bands on this device?
----
Edit... Okay, so I went back to fresh stock with SmartSwitch, then flashed twrp-3.0.0-0-zerofltespr and Unikernel-v9b-BOH1-920P-100815 via odin 3.10.7, and rooted again... any method to enable gsm on this device yet?

Yes, it was SM-G920R7... first, I flashed twrp-3.0.0-0-zerofltespr , then Unikernel-v9b-BOH1-920P-100815 , both via ODIN (you can google both files), note these files are NOT for r7 version (they're for sprint version *g920p*) but they'll root the phone.
I ended up getting rid of the phone as there's afaik no way to enable gsm on it

That's not true. I finally rooted that model and got TWRP installed, and followed the steps to get the Sprint Galaxy S4 domestic SIM unlocked. I finally got data and texting working last night, but I can't get calls to work for some reason on an AT&T SIM card. It even shows up at AT&T as my provider. AFIK it is now SIM unlocked, the only thing not working is calls like I said. I'm sooooo close to getting this working. I need people with this phone that are doing the same thing i'm doing! I only paid $50 for it! lol

I'm working on this too. So far I've got the same situation as you, Data works but no calls/text.
in a few weeks the person who wants me to unlock this phone for them is switching carriers and plans on buying a new phone to use until I can unlock the S6, so I'll have more time to mess with it then.
There's a few things I want to try, but I can't post links here (XDA rules).
One involves Rooting and using a service code to unlock the bands (google "TeamUSCellular GSM unlock S6")
The other also requires rooting and involves using "galaxy tools" to unlock the bands (not sure if this app works with marshmallow, though) (google "theandroidsoul how to sim unlock sprint galaxy S6")
My hopes are not high for getting this phone to work fully. I've also been trying to get custom ROMs to work, but I can't get the cell radio to work at all on custom ROMs. Even with the stock SM-G920R7 Kernel straight from the latest update .tar

Thanks for the suggestion, yeah I have tried galaxy tools (GT) to change the phone mode to LTE/GSM auto and tried different CSC values, and accessed the hidden menus through there. The sim unlock in GT asks for a code which I dont know, but the phone doesn't seem to be locked anyway since it doesn't care when I try different sim cards. Weird thing is the GT app doesn't work very well (most hidden menus not working) on the current rom i'm using but worked better on the stock cspire rom. Note, I tried using MSL 000000 in ##3282# data menu and it works but most the settings in there don't seem to be applicable to GSM networks.
Currently I'VE been messing with the build.prop file, also tried the CDMA to GSM flashable zip which edits the build.prop but nothing has gotten better. One time after editing the build.prop the phone would only turn on with a blank screen and vibrate every few seconds, that was SCARY. Also was planning on flashing other radio/modem but having trouble finding many of those files and pulling them from roms seems difficult to get the correct file to flash on odin.

I'm not sure you'll even be able to flash other models' modem..? I can't say I've ever tried.
Anyway, getting your hands on the firmware is easy. Just use SamFirm (http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-s/general/tool-samfirm-samsung-firmware-t2988647)
To use it, just input the model number (SM-G920R7/R4/P/V/T/A) and the region code, then select "auto".
Region codes and model numbers:
C-Spire: ACG (SM-G920R7)
US-Cellular: USC (SM-G920R4)
Sprint: SPR (SM-G920P)
Verizon: VZW (Locked out from download, app can't download) (SM-G920V)
T-mobile: TMB (SM-G920T)
ATT: ATT (Locked out from download, app can't download) (SM-G920A)
This app downloads firmwares directly from Samsung servers, so the download is really fast and guaranteed to be perfect/stock.
**the SM-G920R7 is closest related to the SM-G920R4 (US Cellular) & SM-G920P (Sprint). The US Cellular one recently supports GSM Bands natively without any rooting/messing with hidden settings, so that's where i'd start. You may not even need the baseband/modem, just flash the rom? I'm not sure. Good luck dude It'd be awesome if you get it working
*** Also, make sure you have a backup of your EFS before messing with the modem. Apparently if you flash an incompatible modem you can erase/corrupt the EFS partition and lose your IMEI. Hell, make a FULL backup with TWRP, and make sure that backup is copied over to your computer before doing any flashing. You can't be too careful with this.
Haven't had any luck flashing stock firmware or modems from other models using Odin, errors with a security message or something, tried G920A and G920R4. Probably for the best I suppose. Flashing custom roms has not been a problem, even if the don't work properly. Wonder if there is a test mode or way to use logcat to see why calls don't proceed like normal. Never worked on going CDMA to GSM before, I always did CDMA to CDMA in the past.

Convert SM-G930T to SM-G930A so I can use AT&T LTE bands.

Hi All, I want to continue using my AT&T prepaid plan but I recently bought a locked T-Mobile Galaxy S7 SM-G930T (I'm going to try to unlock it - if that doesn't work this is all moot). I would like to flash AT&T firmware so I can use the AT&T LTE bands. Can I follow the instructions in the link below once I've unlocked a T-Mobile SM-G930T and turn it into a SM-G930A?
http://www.droidviews.com/nougat-firmware-on-att-galaxy-s7s7-edge-sm-g930a-g935a/
I've read the link below... but it seems to be only if you want to continue using T-Mobile service which I don't.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/tm...w-to-flash-att-nougat-to-t-mobile-s7-t3553610
Changing firmware doesn't have anything to do with what bands the hardware supports. Unlock it and throw the ATT SIM in. Only difference is carrier supported features and software (wifi calling, etc). Flashing ATT modem might improve coverage but all S7 support the same bands.
Thanks buddy for the reply. I'm used to using a custom ROM on my Android phones so this is new. Mostly CyanogenMod.
That's good to know I don't need to flash in order to get the bands but I understand I need to if I want OTA updates from at&t. It seems relatively simple that you just flash the AT&T ROM over the T-Mobile with Odin and then use some update file. It doesn't even effect Samsung pay and Knox which is great.
Stupid question: is the AT&T modem included with the AT&T rom? Also, with regards to the 2nd link in the OP what is the update file that you put on the sdcard to use in recovery - is that an OTA update because your ROM is different from your carrier?

Thanks buddy for the reply. I'm used to using a custom ROM on my Android phones so this is new. Mostly CyanogenMod.

I don't get why you would do this other than to have ATT bloat over TMO bloat (IMHO TMO has less bloat than ATT). There's no technical advantage. Am I missing something?

The amount of bloatware is irrelevant since you can freeze all bloatware on either build. I experienced many issues on the TMo version including issues with Android Auto, Google Assistant, and Tasker. I thought these apps were buggy but all of those issues were resolved on the AT&T version. The AT&T version seems to be a better, bug-free build.

Read that in a different thread you posted to after I responded. I think it's very YMMV though. But if you saw improvement then ??
Hi, did anyone ever complete this flash from SM-G930T to SM-G930A? I'd like to do this solely to try and get the wifi calling feature since my workplace has poor cell service but great wifi. I bought the T-Mobile phone, unlocked it, put the ATT sim in and everything but wifi calling works fine. I appreciate the reply!
This is much later in the year (11-8-2021) and ATT has posted the list of phone they say will work and it only shows G930A. It seems their test of working means it must have been sold by ATT. They say My G930T won't work. So Will ATT continue to use customer's unlocked phones it they were not orginally sold by ATT. They have the records. Will ATT refuse to use one of their SIMs even if the phone is Flashed to ATT logo. I do not want to throw away my G930T phone.

At&t branded phones on Tmobile network

My wife works in a hospital and we used wifi calling because reception was poor.
It's still poor with Tmobile but no wifi calling. When we moved from At&t the wifi
option was greyed out. Tmobile states that it works fine on their network.
Is there any way to get a samsung s7 g930a and a samsung j7-j727a to use wifi calling
on the Tmobile network?
I'm sure it will probably involve something over my pay grade but I am willing to try
anything needed to get this feature to work

If your current firmware has WiFi calling (Volte) You can only use Volte if the network supports it. There are however many apps you can use for WiFi calling look on the play store.
Not sure what volte is, I have had some other issues with the
service that I thought might be resolved by installing a
different rom
Tell me if i'm wrong
Thanks

Volte is wi fi calling over a network which the network operator supports without the need for a specific app.
Please tell me exactly what you are trying to do
What network are both phones using?
Which networks were the phones on initially?
Have you modified the phones in any way? Root? or TWRP?
What firmware are both phones currently using? Go to Settings>about phone>software information>baseband version G930A????
Sorry for not getting back sooner
Both phones are currently on Tmobile network
Both phones were originally on At&t network
No modification
Samsung s7 g930a baseband version G930AUCS8CRL1
Samsung j7-j727a baseband version J727AUCS4BRL1
Note: Wifi calling was available on original at&t network but is now greyed out on tmobile network

Ok since wi fi calling is network specific (some have it some don't) you either need to have unbranded firmware on your phone so it works no matter which network is providing it, or you need to now flash T Mobile firmware for it to work again on your phone.
US networks are a nightmare when it comes to this sort of thing and it's a right pain in the a** to solve it. So what you need to search for now on here is how to flash different firmware on AT&T S7. You should always try to flash unbranded firmware so everything works easily, if not it will have to be T Mobile Oreo.

Ok, If you think unbranded is the best way to go can you point me in the right direction
updato.com and sammobile.com both host firmware and have flash guides. SamFirmTool also is good for downloading firmware, but only lets you download the latest version and isn't as user friendly.
For unbranded you'll want to look for G930U firmware.
For best compatibility you flash all 4 files using (AP,BL,CP,CSC) this will wipe the phone clean. Otherwise you can try Home_CSC instead of CSC (So AP, BL, CP, Home_CSC) , which keeps your data but may not fully resolve your issues.

What beanvee has said but I think it's worth mentioning I find Sam Firm tool pretty straight forward to use and you'll always get the firmware in separate parts which can be useful.
I found a link for the G930A here
I'm not really understanding the differences in firmware. How is flashing with this firmware
any different than what's on the phone right now?
I am just trying to get the wifi calling to work, How is flashing it with at&t version firmware going
to help me on the tmobile network.
I guess I don't know what I need, stock, unbranded, official or custom rom.
I checked all sites listed and there is no firmware for the J727a, alternative?
I would rather someone more knowledgeable guess what I need to do, if that is what is
necessary because the phones are no good to me without that feature. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
Each carrier deploys their own CSC file, which contains carrier specific configurations, and its this file that determines if VoLTE or VoWIFI is enabled and how it connects.
AT&T may have different VoWIFI settings to TMobile, which is why using AT&T firmware it doesn't work. Some carriers outright disable it since they don't offer it.
Your best bet would be G930T firmware https://updato.com/firmware-archive-select-model?q=SM-G930T&rpp=15&order=date&dir=desc&exact=1
However unbranded G930U should also work because the unbranded firmware is meant to work on all cariers. G930A would likely get you no where since it'll be AT&T specific
The phones in the USA are all identical hardware under the hood, the only difference is the carrier branding and firmware.
But that's only for the S7, I'm not familiar with the J7.
And it's not through lack of knowledge @JohnAtlas, US phones are a nightmare to do anything with. There are several options available but it's difficult to explain what to do and how to do if you are not familiar with how the software works.
There are many guides on how to unlock the software on all US networks, and depending on the network can include multiple steps to complete, you just have to search and read.
Ok, I was able to find the latest firmware for the G930 phone

That is the system recovery and when you flash with Odin you need to put your phone in download mode first press volume down+home+power. The phone should not go to that screen you have posted either before or after Odin, its a completely different recovery mode.
Get your firmware from updato. Com or sammobile
G930U, filter by USA and choose the latest XAA or USC and use the modified version of Odin. We know this works because thousands of people have used it to do what you are trying to do.
Thanks for info, I used G930U TMK version since we are on Tmobile carrier
It seems to be working fine and wifi calling is available
There is no TMK version for the J727U but will try the XAA for the other phone
The way I understand it is that the U means unlocked and the XAA is generic and not carrier specific
Please advise if I'm not on the right track
Thanks for your help

That's brilliant , glad your up and running.
So the letter "U"after the "G930" denotes the region of the world the device is build to operate in, the Americas just happens to be U. The unbranded firmware is the one that has a region but no network assigned to it, so a 3 letter code is used instead, in your case its USC, or XAA.
Europe is G930"F" or "FD" and the 3 letter code for unbranded is BTU & XEA.
Anyway if your phone is running great on T Mobile then don't update it anymore, turn auto update off. The advantage of keeping it T Mobile is you have the wifi calling, the unbranded firmware needs more fiddling around with the get the wifi calling working on the network your using, so best to stick with what works.
I will have a look for firmware for the J7 you have to see if i can recommend doing something with it to get the wifi calling working.
*update*
So it seems the J727 is the same as the J7 in terms of the internal components, everything is the same in both models so that's great news. I think the "27" bit is just a marketing thing.
In theory you should be able to flash the latest T Mobile Oreo to your device from this link https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-j7-pop/SM-J727T/TMB/download/J727TUVS4BRK1/249137/
Now before we start please check / do the following to avoid further problems.
1. Save everything you need from the phone to your pc.
2. Check that you have OEM unlocked in "developer settings" and "USB debug" enabled.
3. developer setting menu is, settings>about phone>software and information>build number>tap 7 or 8 times, developer menu should now appear. (Sometimes it's somewhere else but build number is what you want to find and tap on 7-8 times).
4. To avoid any issues with device FRP lock, delete your google account off the phone., settings>accounts>google. delete it. When successfully flashed you just add the account again when the phone starts for the first time by signing in.
5. Use the same version of Odin you used to flash your S7.
you can also use updato.com (i think it's slightly faster than sammobile.)
Let me know how you get on.
Remember J727T (TMB) is the firmware you want.

(HELP)SM-N986U1 change CSC to TMB - Enable ESIm

Hey Everyone,
I have unlocked SM-N986U1 with the latest update installed (Updated with latest June update). I wanted to change my CSC to TMB (T-Mobile) so as to enable ESeim support. I tried using Samkey, wasted 1 credit too. It said CSC updated but nothing happened, my carrier still shows XAA.
Can anyone please guide me on how can I change CSC to TMB?
Thanks.

Yes you can. My device is from Xfinity and I have done the switch to any Carrier I choose on bootloader 2. U1 to U and back is doable. The key is to use the modified Odin as specified in the guide.
"
2. Download Patched Odin here
3. Unpack/Unzip what you downloaded in Step 2 (Odin Compatible ROm) and put in a folder. Lets call the folder "Flash"
4. Run Odin, click on BL, Browse to the "Flash" folder, add BL file from there, Do the same for AP (click on AP, Add AP file, this will take some time), Same for CP (click on CP, Add CP file)
5. Do the same for CSC (click on CSC, Add the file with the name starting with Home_CSC). If you use Home_CSC your phone will not get formatted and data will remain Intact
USERDATA Stays empty.
6. Now connect USB cable to your laptop (Only laptop and not the phone)>> Turn off your phone >> Press volume up and volume down keep them pressed and plug in the USB type C into your phone.
7. You should be in download mode now, press volume up. In Odin you will see that phone is added.
8. Press start in Odin. Wait for it to finish and let the phone restart (it will happen On its own).

So the Model is 986U/DS ? And is eSim enabled ?. That is the state you would want to be in. I understand the last XXX in the service provider software can't be changed. Mine didn't change and stayed CCT which is for xfinity but the as you can see, I have TMB/TMB, TMB/CCT. Esim is enabled and my Mint mobile (Tmobile) number is on it and I have a foreign physical Sim which is roaming on AT&T on the physical slot.

Also picked this nugget up from another thread
"You have to flash full tmb firmware. Not xaa tmb but 986u tmb firmware. The esim is in the user data section you'll flash"
Others have suggested you have to do a factory reset or flash the actual CSC file not the Home CSC which means you will loose DATA. I was doing this on a phone I had not setup yet so didn't mind loosing DATA. I am also assuming you have a TMB sim card in the phone because I understand that is needed so the phone can connect to Tmobile and download the carrier data files that actually changes the CSC after a clean flash.
These are just some of the things I picked up from here when doing my conversion.

Yup I used the TMB version only. The model Number changed to 986U/DS. In About phone, it shows me the IMEI of the Esim, but its greyed out.
The only thing I dont have is the T-Mobile Sim. I think thats whats causing the issue. I will arrange a t-Mobile sim and try it tomorrow.

Has to be a Tmobile Sim. I tried a Mint Sim it didn't work. If you are seeing the esim but greyed out, then you are close. Restart with a Tmobile Sim and you might be in business

Thanks. Let me try those.
Since the OP looks like problem solved, and not wanting to waste new thread, i have similar issues, can you help?
I have an S10e I recently broke (amazon renewed w/U1 FW), so I got another S10e from amazon, renewed which appears to also be U1 FW.
Except the latest, the replacement phone, the one I have now, NOONE can hear me, like all the time!!!!!!! Dead spots everywhere! Its so annoying. Its like i have a bad Mic? Or something...
This didn't happen with my identical phone, the one I had prior to this one, using identical sim.
I'm on Mint mobile, which is a TMO MVNO and currently have XAA/XAG FW running on the new S10e, the new one w/bad Mic or FW problem
It appears I am on U1 Unlocked USA firmware on latest phone ( i may have flashed FW Odin when I got this new one-to be safe- i forgot)
ALSO: BOTH renewed S10e's I've Purchased from Amazon, when lookup the IMEI, it shows as the AT&T Model. Which i understand the U/U1 FW can be swapped, BUT, both phones were advertised as U1 Models for the Hardware, so they sold me U models but they flashed with U1 FW probably to make more money. (this may seem trivial, but Samsung specifically has stated TWICE, that I couldn't Beta Test their last to major android FW's, because my phone shows as At&t on their end, and not the truly unlocked U1 model, for which the beta tests were for. And i was told when i purchased it was fully unlocked U1 ver. The phone itself even says its 970u1 in settings etc.)
Are there ANY hardware (including frequency bands) differences between U and U1 Models???
Is it somehow possible that my CSC, or FW on my phone is affecting my phone so badly that people cant hear me like 88% of all calls? Like should i flash different FW, or reflash or use different CSC??
Is it possible that if I went with a locked TMO FW (or another) that I could possibly, maybe get better reception so folks can hear me better? Or hear me more often or more frequently?
How often do mics go bad or get dirty on these? Can a mic be cleaned?
I have been in the other Note 20 flashing thread but I am stuck. Tried so many ways but can't get the TMB csc to stick, always shows only XAA. I have TMO sim card too. Not sure if they blocked it on the newer releases of the phone
Has anyone tried Samkey to do this? Heard it only takes 1 credit but smallest amount of credits to purchase on ebay is 10 and I dont feel like investing more money into this effort
