I have this bubble or pocket of air under my display. I baby my phone all the time, it has no damage. It started doing this a couple of days ago and has spread. I still have the warranty with Samsung on it and I was wondering if anyone knows if the warranty covers this or has anyone had this problem and fixed by sending it to Samsung?

Take it to a Samsung repair center. They should or will fix it on the spot.
I bring mine to the centers. And they fix it without any issues.

Do you know if they will fix it off the warranty? I would have to ship it to a repair center and would not like to wait just to hear that they'll charge. I've been poking around online and some users report that they don't because of water damage? Mines never touched water.

i would bring it there, they know if it has been in water..they can tell with certain marks.

Seriously? Screen replacement? I am under replacement warranty. If that is what is needed, I will be calling for a new refurb. Do not want that. Seriously, just the though of setting this phone up again makes me wish for the bad old blackberry days when I could just drag a backup of my entire phone to a new handset.

if you look at the photo you see the pin im pointing at it has snaped about half way down and now my phone will not recognise there is a card in the phone is there anyway of fixing this? thanks

plus this phone is technicaly stolen as i didnt pay my monthly bills and i have not taken the phone back and stoped my contract :S

No it's not, only one is located halfway down, in his/her case there are two of them.
I'm a guy and yeah it snapped I took go a phone repair shop and they can't fix it so looks like I'm going to do some diy.

Hell Im willing to sell a whole phone and car dock for slightly more. I think if it was ran over by two cars it might be beyond repair tho. Ive seen what a car does to a Droid X being run over once and this phone is not quite a sturdy.

I can't tell from the picture but do you have any kind of screen protector on? Min sometimes gets an odd color from one but it still doesn't look like that but just something to check.

Yeah I called Verizon to get a replacement... they wanted me to do a hard reset... I didn't bother....
I dropped my phone the other day and when I picked it up I found this. It works 100% correct for the digitizer. Its all just off.

you can test your digitizer in settings>dvelopment>pointer location, if you are sure it works and isnt off like in the picture, you can most likely go replace the lcd, but it could be an issue with its cable/pins too
Yes its the same when it boots and when I unlock it I slide across the center of the screen and all the stuff at the bottom like my texting doesn't show there but I click where it normally is to open them.
I also pulled it apart thinking it may be the connection.
Edit:Idk if it makes any difference but the screen shutters up and down really bad.

It's possible that you damaged the CPU/GPU, or if you're luck it's just your LCD. Hard to say until you try replacing it, but it's a very simple job.
I ordered a new LCD yesterday so I will find out in a few days.
