Hi, I have a problem regarding my lenovo tab 2, I want to reset my tab because of my wifi not turning on, but after resetting my files and apps are still in there even my account logins, as if nothing happened.
I already tried resetting factory settings on the settings menu, I also tried resetting under recovery menu by pressing vol+ vol- and power, but same story, files apps and logins are still there even the system telling me I reset successfully.
Just wanna know what supposed to be the problem, Thanks.

I think my samsung galaxy s2 is bricked. I can get to download mode by pressing volume down, home, and power....but now the pc won't even recognize the phone. Ive installed kies, the stand alone samsung usb drivres and still get nothing. If I go to power on the phone regularly I get the hard reset screen where it is asking me to select either factory data wipe or reset....and I can't choose any options there either. I need help what can I do??

never had a samsung but probably yes.Go to your recovery menu and try reseting the phone
Ive tried that but I can't select any options from recovery mode. The buttons do not work, only the up and down arrows.
Have you tried using the Power Button to select the options? I know my G2 confused me for a bit til I figured out that the Power Button is the one that pushes the command.
I'm selling my tablet and wanted to erase all my data.
So I used 7zipper and delete everything on my internal storage then I went to Backup & Restore option in settings. Then clicked on "Factory Reset". The PAC-MAN ROM resets and boots straight into CWM Touch with No options just a scrolling bar and Andy's Core spinning clockwise.
It took a while so I thought it was stuck, and held the power button to reset CWM touch. Then it reboots in the same scenario stuck. So I thought resetting into CWM Touch would be a breeze. Wrong! I hold the power button and volume down and does absolutely nothing. I can't get into bootloader and CWM Touch loads with no options just looping like its installing when its not.
Can someone please help me fix this? I'm desperate.
You didn't way how long "a while" is, but apparently you didn't let it finish. A factory reset is performed by the recovery, and as long as it isn't finished it will always restart when you reboot.

I have a galaxy grand neo plus GT-I9060I, which is giving me lots of trouble. I tried to factory reset it in the settings menu, nothing happens. Ive tried volume up, home and power button, nothing happens. Odin mode works, then I decided to flash it with a newer stock rom, flash went 100%, but still wont factory reset. Please help!:crying:

So I am tried for a hard reset by pressing volume up and power button, previously I have some experience in hard reset, custom recovery mod and rooting. But here when I am trying to to enter stock recovery mode, the opened android logo coming and the device restarting. How to solve the problem?
