Hello I have a htc one a9 stock android 7.0 installed since before I had android 6.01 had bootloader was unlock with android 7.0 I can not install custom rom because of these problems I would like to back up stock android 6.01 I have tried some has not worked someone has one idea

Just making sure, I have rooted my HTC One M7 version 4.4.3 using Sunshine and Towel root. Is there any chance if i update to 4.4.4 lollipop my phone will be uprooted. if yes is there a way to root it again using sunshine and towelroot?
