Need help guys. Hopefully this is okay since I'm using the S6 regular Dual-sim Philippines model. I'm using 2 sims (Globe and Sun network) and I always use my Globe network for mobile internet since it's faster. Now, when I use the LTE capable network for mobile internet for a couple of minutes (possibly hours as well), both of my sim cards would suddenly shut down (their mobile icon turns hollow, mobile internet disconnects. Sorry I can't provide the screenshot since i forgot while making this post). After a while, both networks will have their signal back and I can resume browsing again. This usually becomes a problem when i play online games since the game constantly checks for a working internet connection and it cuts me off the server if i'd lose my internet for a few seconds. What i've tried is that I'd turn off the other sim card (Sun sim card) but since I also use this sim for communicating with people, I can't turn the sim off permanently. Can someone please enlighten me on what to do or what might be the problem? Is this supposed to happen to the dual-sim variant of the S6? Hope you can help me out guys.. Sorry for the long post though.
TLDR: Using dual-sim variant of S6 (Philippines). Using two sim card networks (one for internet, one for texting/calling). When using mobile internet (LTE mode) for a couple of minutes or hours, both sim networks would suddenly shut down and I would lose my internet connection. Turning the non-internet network/sim off somehow fixes the issue but I need both networks on since people would call me at the non-internet network sometimes. Is this expected from a dual-sim variant or is there anything i could do to fix this. Thanks guys!
Is VoLTE activated?

Hi,
I have H60-L02 version with B307 from some time now and lately I noticed that, without warning, one or both sims are been disconnected from network, putting me in the situation in which I cannot make or receive calls. If I change from 2G to 3G on sim 1 it reconnects.
The fact which is more annoying is that in disconnected state on the status bar it shows that I have network signal on both sims. For checking if I'm effectively connected to network I have to go in "Settings-About phone-Status-Network" and verify the Service state.
Anyone had this problem, and if so, is there a workaround ?
Thank you.
I got similar problems with the SIM card. I've got the international h60-l04 on stock firmware with one SIM slot and the mobile connection fails every time. The Status Bar says there is a connection, but it isnt stable. It switches every few seconds.
I tried to delete the APN, forcing 2G and 3G and havent got a sollten, yet. I first thought it's a firmware failure.
Is there any solution for this? I have the similar problem as well... My model is H60-L02.
Thanks..
Since the last OS update a couple of weeks back am having some data problems. If I'm at home on my WiFi no problems with updates, 3rd party programs, eMail at all.
Lately, the work WiFi is not connecting even though settings show a good connection, but no data.
Latest is that now I can't get AT&T data LTE to work consistently with eMail, apps or otherwise. Its pretty spotty.
Is there a setting I'm missing?
I've updated to the lasted firmware as well but it did not have an activated sim card before the upgrade to see whether or not the voice/data connection worked.
In any case, my phone would not connect to my mobile network despite it detecting the option in mobile networks. In areas that it did find connection it would then have a very erratic signal going from no network to full signal. My network made it certain it wasn't a sim card error as 2 new sim cards exhibited the same behavior.
The wifi is fine though.
The phone has been sent for RMA again...
I was traveling to and from US and India. 2 Days back when I entered London airport for US, my mobile did not show any signal what so ever. It was no service. It was working fine when i boarded the flight in US.
Now following things I have tried according to my knowledge
1. I tried disabling the sim card, changing from 2g-3g- 4g. No improvements.
2. I went to menu by *#*#4636#*#*, and trying radio on and radio off. Nothing
3. I suspected that antenna is damanged and it hardware problem.
4. But then this wired thing happend, while playing around when both the sim are active, I turn of the sim one, the mobile data is switched back to second sim. Then when i again switch back the sim 1, it is automatically configured for 2g. It gets signal, I can make calls and it works good. Moment I switch the mobile data to that sim the network vanishes and back to no service/emergency calls.
5. I figured that there is some problem with the sim, so I inserted that sim into old samsung grand mobile which 3G phone. It works flawlessly.
6. Tried other sims in the moto G, 4g dosent work for some sim cards.
7. By reading on I found that lot of people have this problem and have solved it by flashing firmware. I tried that too. Tried stock rom, new osprey 7.* Nothing seems to be working.
Any thoughts and comments are welcome. I am kind of frustrated by this small bug. Might be lapse on motolora part. If someone is still active in this community please help, reply.
Hi
I'm having a strange problem with my new A51, with two SIM cards in it.
After an indeterminate time the phone disconnects from cellular network.
It still shows on to the both cards the signal strength, but the phone no longer receives calls or has internet access throw cellular network.
And if I call any of the SIM card numbers from another phone, I get a network message saying the phone is disconnected.
All other functions on the phone seams to be ok. Turning wifi on and off has no effect in reconnecting to the cellular network.
But... If I try to call from A51 to any other number, the phone reregisters on cell network, the call is done and from that point on, all goes to normal. I can receive calls again and access the internet using the cellular network...
I went to the store were I bought it, and the gave me another one, but with the exact same problem.
So I believe is not a hardware problem.
I believe now that It could be a SIM problem, on one or both SIMS, which is odd
A software problem on A51 the need's to be patched, which is odd because it has effect on the most basic feature of the phone, which is receiving calls...
A strange behavior of the phone with my cellular service provider, which is odd too...
I'm trying now with only one SIM to see if the problems happens too...
Can any one suggest any other test or debug to try to clarify this issue ?
Thanks

My wife have exact same issue with single sim.
Hi all,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S10e and was wondering if it is possible to use WiFi Calling but restrict the phone from logging into the mobile network.
Background: I used to live in Germany and am now living in India. I do have an India SIM Card in Slot 1, which I use as my main card. A SIM Card from Germany is in Slot 2. I am using WiFi Calling with it, when I need to place or receive call to/from Germany. To avoid accidently using the German SIM Card via the mobile network in India (which would be very expensive) and also to save a bit of battery power, I would like to restrict the SIM in Slot 2 from ever connecting to a mobile network, but still be able to automatically use WiFi Calling, whenever I am logged into a WiFi.
Is there any configuration to achieve this behaviour?
Thank you!
Fabian
