On my G920F I'm on a MM firmware (Netherlands PHN) but I want to flash the latest Nougat bootloader and modem. Now the PHN version of nougat hasn't been released yet on Sammobile. Can I just grab the Netherland (Vodafone) firmware and flash the bootloader and modem? What is actually the difference in the different firmware? I'm on Lineage OS 7.1.2 currently. Thanks!!
Why you want to?

The Rom Im using is based on Nougat, so I was thinking to have a nougat bootloader and modem
G920F is international version of S6 and you can flash any region/carrier rom you want, without any problem!
As for the Lineage OS 7.1.2 ...., like you said....! Its based and not Nougat!
Differences can be founded on Changelists of each rom, but you cant see the detailed changes of each rom!

I just managed to downgrade back to LP H60-L04C151B507. Is this the latest? I couldnt find this info because some MM update for the Indian region worked on my European variant, so when I see a Firmware for a different region (like Russia) Im not sure if its supported... too paranoid to try
Is this the best LP firware available? I was very displeased with the MM beta so I want the best possible LP build
thank you for your time

They do not have the Indian 7.0 firmware available for download yet on sammobile.com but it should be available soon to download. They only have the Thailand one available to download and flash for now.
Is the thailand one support volte do u knw this??
How to did you register to galaxy beta program when it was not available to Indian consumers .....? You also said that you are on an Indian official 6.01 Marshmallow downloaded from sammobile. R u sure cause I have never seen an Indian firmware of marshmallow on sammobile.
Buddy flash the beta firmware of BTU region via odin for beta program n register u got the beta ota than for mm sammobile there are 3 firmwares there u must check there
Flashing official firmware wont void ur warrenty so good to go

G920F is international device and you can flash any stock carier/country rom you want!
Even if you flash branded stock rom, any sim card will work!
As I mention in my thread (https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/help/odin-fails-fw-flashing-start-t3597606) I had problems with flashin DBT firmware over BTU, so obviously flashing another country firmware isn't trivial.
What did I do wrong?

I have the J710MN (2016) version and after root and new rom I cannot use WiFi. The switch just turns itself off
My phone: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M5GHLAV
Baseband version: J710MNUBU3AQF2
I'm having trouble finding firmware for it because the only firmware that matches is from Brazil? But Amazon says its international? It was originally running 6.0 marshmallow.
Any help? Can I just flash any firmware?
J7 firmware

The bootloader version in that ROM is version 5, "U5". If you can find a nougat or mallow ROM at version 5 or above then yes you can downgrade.

You can grab your official firmware from Sammobile and flash it using a PC with Odin. It's quite simple, just look it up on YouTube. :fingers-crossed:
