how to change icons on htc and theme..

For Icons, there is pinned thread called " Icon Sets, Taskbars, Themes, Screen Mods, LockScreens"
For themes there is one nice little program called HDWall, search the forum and install it, but before downloading or applying any theme CAB to your device, you have to install HDWall patch which is also available here, just use search.
I'd help you more with some links but im in some kind of hurry and don't have permission to post links so...
