Got a question, is there any app that autocollects resources of games like farmville, cash of clans, zgirls ect.?
Would be nice to have an app to collect from all games, so you dont have to login every time :

all i care about is being able to save my gaming progress so i can pick up where i left off on another device.
Does google play games do this?
How can i tell which games support cloud saving?
Will they remember the exact level i last completed??

It depends on each app or game. It's an option but not mandatory, so better check out before uninstalling or make a Titanium backup of the game. Google Play Games is a set of features, the one you are looking for is Google Saved Games:

I'm only interested in free or up-front payment games, not these vampiric freemium/'in-app purchase' games.

This game just won't stay open when multitasking. Is it the phone, or jusr the way the game is made?
A big part of the game is server-sided. It has to reload every time you open the game so that it gets the new settings and updates from Supercell servers. It's just how the game works.

The app called Friend Games, There are 5 games in Friend Games and every update some games may be added,
the cool thing about Friend Games is that you can play the games with a face of your choice using your account
In Friend Games, there is also a feature called "Face Of The Week" which gives you a new random face to play with every week.
In order to play with a face of your choice, you currently need a premium user but the "Face Of The Week" feature is free
