L2TP IPSec RegEdit - HTC One M8 for Windows

I use an L2TP/IPSec VPN which requires in all versions of windows a registry edit for NAT Traversal at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PolicyAgent
(Windows XP SP2 location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\IPSec)
AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule
DWORD value: 2
I've updated to 10.0.15063.2. Using the Preview for Developers (which I believe is also known as Interop Tools), I have reviewed the HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ folder; however, there is no "Policy Agent."
Does anyone have any suggestion for a Windows 10 Mobile registry edit, group policy, or app which enables Windows Mobile 10 to handle NAT traversal?
I would prefer to stick to L2TP/IPSec, a built-in vpn service, over OpenVPN.

VPN client (standard IPSEC)???

Hi!
Is there any working VPN-client that supports standard IPSEC?? We don't control out external access in our network and the company that runs our firewalls they have set up a watchguard soho 6, which is a standard IPSEC solution. We use the MUVPN (mobile user vpn) client where we have gotten IPSEC policy files (something.spd) which we can't change/look at.
So my question is, is there a VPN client that supports standard IPSEC with IPSEC policy Import??? (for the Windows Mobile 2005 platform.)
I have tried as many vpn-clients that I have been able to find. And the one I assume would work is SafeNets SoftRemotePDA (for Pocket PC) but it is no longer maintained and nowhere to be fiound (tried e-mailing the company as well)
any suggestion would be Great!

Can I use asp.net in windows 7

Kindly tell me Can I use asp.net in windows 7. Does windows 7 supports asp.net functions
Nope. You have to use VB or C#.
i don't get your question.
asp.net is a server-side script technology; to use it you have to:
- write a page (ok.. not only onee...)
- compile it
- run it on a webserver
windows 7 has a webserver functionality (only pro and ultimate versions) and it supports asp.net.
WP7 Supports Silverlight only (In Nodo - SL3, in mango - SL4).

[APP] stunnel for Windows RT

I've ported stunnel version 5.00b1 to Windows RT. It is an SSL encryption wrapper for TCP connections. I've compiled it with the help of bfosterjr's compiled version of the OpenSSL library. I didn't test the installation of a windows service, I just start the stunnel.exe manually. Works fine to tunnel an RDP connection. This tutorial from the documentation page of stunnel came in handy to configure it.
Although I didn't have to change the source, I've included the source code to this post (including the visual studio project + openssl library).

How to Setup Private IKEv2 / IPSec MSCHAPv2 VPN on Windows Server to Connect From Android 12+ Phone - Full Tutorial Guide YouTube Video

If you are frustrated since #L2TP/PPTP is gone after MIUI 13 Update, or after your phone's / tablet's / device's Android Version update, then this full guide tutorial is for you. If your phone, tablet, or mobile device's Android version is above 11 and you can't find the #PPTP VPN protocol to connect your private #VPN, then don't worry. Because I am explaining the easiest way to set up our VPN to connect from your device in this tutorial guide.
Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) was so easy to set up on Windows Server and you were able to connect your private VPN easily through your phone. But this is not possible anymore since PPTP is removed from the majority of phones and mobile devices.
So instead of setting up our private VPN through features of Windows Server, we are going to use open source #SoftEther VPN Project.
In this video I will show you thoroughly from scratch:
1: Generate a new virtual server on Hyper-V and install Windows Server 2019 evaluation version.
2: Install SoftEther VPN Project on Windows Server 2019.
3: Make the necessary configuration of SoftEther.
4: Generate and export the #OpenVPN configuration file.
5: Modify the OpenVPN configuration file which ends with the .ovpn extension.
6: Install the OpenVPN app through Google Play Market and import the .ovpn configuration.
7: Connect to your VPN from your phone. I demonstrate this with my Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro - Android 12
8: With this methodology, we don't have to deal with complex and very hard-to-set-up IKEv2 / #IPSec #MSCHAPv2, #IKEv2 / IPSec #PSK, and IKEv2 / IPSec #RSA VPN protocols. These are the only available protocols on my mobile device.

Click to collapse
let me explain again. how else I could describe this video title ? why did I made this video?
Because I wanted to setup my vpn. However all existing tutorials not anymore working because phones are now only supporting IKEv2 . So I did search for IKEv2 word
And what a surprise there isn't any good tutorial and easy way to setup IKEv2
Instead I did a lot of research and found a way to connect IKEv2 supporting phones
an easy one
How is this now click bait?
You are fooling people. Those who enter this post or see the title of your video on YouTube are waiting for a guide to configure an IKEv2 MSCHAPv2 server and be able to connect from Android 12+ with the integrated VPN client. Instead, what you show has nothing to do with IKEv2, it is an OpenVPN server for which it is necessary to use a third-party app on Android.
Also SoftEther does not support IKEv2, only IKEv1 (ISAKMP)/L2TP.
