Hi Everyone,
I am having issues playing the simpsons tapped out on my tablet. Whenever I play the game, it will end up crashing the app after about 60 seconds. When I bought this tablet, I thought it would hold up really well for games. But it seems strange that it won't run on well that isn't even graphics intensive.
I've seen this behavior both stock and running the latest LineageOS ROM.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this to run better?
When you are changing your ROMs do you clean or dirty flash?
When you install the game how do you install? From backup or from the Play Store?

I did a clean flash (full wipe) and installed the app from the play store.
I have a similar issue trying to play Paradise Bay. It runs like crap a lot of the time, freezing up to the point of being unplayable. Sometimes it will run ok, but not for too long before it starts glitching.

Finally got round to starting to tidy up my Xoom, using Titanium to remove some system apps I don't use / want....
For Cordy and Dungeon Defenders, is there anything special about them, i.e are they the full versions or the same versions as you can get from the Play Store ?
Tried Cordy and it wasn't really my cup of tea, but might keep it if it's a full version (I suspect not mind you).

I have played cordy on the original os, honeycomb. I beat the game and sometime between then and the ics update, there are new levels that are "pay to play." Since the game came free when I bought my Xoom, I had hoped that any updates or new content would be free as well. Now I wish I could uninstall the game, but it seems to be integrated, like dungeon defenders.
Well, I can uninstall System apps via Titanium Backup. I think there are other apps out there that can do the same, but I've been using Titanium for far too long now to look for anything else
Hello, i bought my new Asus TF300T some days ago.
It came with ICS , after some hours it said that there was a Firmware which updated from ICS to Jelly Bean. I accepted it and it updated itself succesfully to Android 4.1.1
According to the features, it includes Tegra 3, which should run most new games without any problem. I also watched some videos on Youtube where people play the last games without issues and an excellent framerate.
Unluckily, this is not my case.
Every game lags SO hard for me.
I just can run those 2D Games, such as Angry birds, Line Runner, etc.
On 3D Games, such as GTA 3, Dead Trigger, Shadowgun, NOVA 3, NFS MW,etc framerate is EXTREMELY poor, i can't even play. I barely have 20 fps and because of that sometimes controls do not respond, making every game more difficult to use.
It doesn't have any additional things installed, just the default apps and some games, it has 28gbs on it's SDCard. The free memory is always between 450 to 500mb. I tried closing everything before playing, putting the graphics at its lowest setting but it's still really laggy.
Any idea?
It's the default tablet, with its firmware updated by asus and some random games.. i can't understand why this happens.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try a factory reset see if that helps (remember this will delete all your data, do backups if needed).

I have already done that via the Android interface and same results.
Make sure u aren't playing games in power save mode...

Could try a cold boot, even if you did a factory reset.

does any of you play clash of queens? laugh::laugh seems incredible but since I bought this phone, both with the stock rom, with the viperu12 2.0.0, the game does not want to leave, just installed by clicking on the game, as soon as it starts freezes without reason, I tried all, factory reset and install only the game, I tried old versions of the game but always the same problem, as the startup crashes, other absurd test, I installed two similar games, clash of kings and clash of clans but they work perfectly ... ..
does any of you have an idea?

I'm absolutely loving this phone but I've been having one issue lately, I never played games on phones before I got this beauty but I'm becoming addicted to them now, when I try to sign into a game using Google play I just receive a white box with a loading animation and I can't sign in, the two games I'm having issues with are shadowgun legends and ark, exact same issue but you can't play ark at all without connecting it to Google play, I've tried everything I can think of;

My phone is rooted with twrp and I've ran out of ideas the problem either started at some point or it only effects certain games because I have managed to sign into some games but I believe it stopped working at some point rather than effecting certain games

I just want to share an extrange issue. I just got my POCO X3, the only thing that I installed so far is Candy Crush Friends, but I noticed that the performance is terrible.
I tested the game either in 60 and 120Hz, and for both the game is so laggy, and the main screen shows artifacts.

EDIT: I just realized that the problem is the sound, not the video, if I deactivate the sound effects only (not the music), it runs OK.
Any chance you are using Viper4Android?
If yes, then that is the problem unfortunately..

Very strange, mine is doing the same, but it's only since I installed V4A..
according to a King Forum, this issue happens with all Xiaomi phones. People in there named only xiaomi devices.
Try going to settings>battery and performance > app battery saver Then find the game and choose "no restrictions" Does this fix the issue?

Hello, I installed the same game to test and I don't have any of the problems you described. Is this an issue with this particular game for you or all games? Please update the game or restart your phone and update on the situation. I can upload video of the game on my phone if required.
