LG G4 next to the Samsung Galaxy S8 - Samsung Galaxy S8 Guides, News, & Discussion

Here's a pic at my local T-Mobile store with my 5.5" LG G4 next to the 5.8" Samsung Galaxy S8. The S8 is screen more narrow, but slightly taller.

Sharp looking phone. Thanks for the comparison pic. I had the G4, so gives me a good idea of relative size of what I'm getting.

The display itself, yes. The phone, no.

One thing Samsung's good at is component packaging. The Note7 debacle being the exception.

[HELP] 2 Dots on Screen with Camera App ISSUE (Verizon Galaxy S3)

Hi today i noticed on the Verizon Galaxy S III that in the Camera app there are 2 Dots right next to eachother on the screen. When i take a picture the dots also appear in the pictures as well. I cleaned the lens thinking that could of been the issue (watermarks) but no the 2 dots are still there. Has anyone seen this issue or know what it might be? Thanks
EDIT: I zoomed in with the camera and the 2 dots move with the zoom, so I think its something with the lens inside?

Weird, I wonder if those are specs on the sensor, itself.
Might be worth a call/chat with Samsung.

Home screen!

Let's see what you guys are using. I just came from a pixel which I loved up until it died. Being a Google freak my phone ended up looking like the pixel xl 2 lol.

Here I found a screen explicitly for your device model:
https://www.laptopscreen.com/
Get the OEM one with the frame.
The extra cost is likely worth it.
Bare in mind there may be additional damage to the mobo. High G load impacts can internally damage chipsets, solder joints and fine pitch traces in multilayered pcbs.
That why a good case is important as it substantially reduces the G loading spike during an impact.

Not seen in the image is the pairing of the new MariSilicon X NPU to get the 4K Ultra Night Video mode.
It just keeps getting better and better and has adapted to the times!

They have a lot of hype over Ultra Night images and videos. Have you taken any of those yet or with a comparison to another device? The Hasselblad color adaptation makes the colors more vibrant or could also be the time of day you took the picture.

This is just for the Find X. They have other series like the Reno which is now on Reno7.

It was smart lol I appreciate the graphic though.
You know, this should be available for all series. They have an OPPO F21 coming out. We should see an F Series evolution too
