Hi~
I have a probem with my 577w's media player..Hopes someone may help me..
The Rom initially is in traditional chinese..(and works perfectly)..
after i installed the new(english) WM6 rom found in a mainland forum..
it works generally well ,,
However, the default media palyer can't display the all tags of MP3s in Traditional Chinenes where unless i convert them to Unicode..
The tags with same mp3 file can be displayed in the old default rom..
It is strange that all chinese charactors is well displayers outside the player
= =''
Besides, I had try it in the TCPMP and Pocket player 3.5 it slows the same bug....
I think it may related to the front files...
may be replacing the front with the old one ...
Thanks~!
Hi. How can I upload a big video file (~300MB) from my Windows Phone 7 to any online service without resizing the 720p video? Skydrive, Dropbox, Youtube, anything is ok. I have a rooted Nokia Lumia 710 running Rataplan ROM
Move to Cloud is otherwise a really nice app to upload anything to SkyDrive, but there is this nasty filesize limit of about 50-100MB.
Built-in Internet Explorer browser can't upload any files anywehere.
Opera seems to, in principle, allow uploading, but I haven't succeed.
Any advise?
Dear Users,
I came to a new Stock fw from Sony (191) .
I do have a huge problem. When listening music over dlna (standard built-in Xperia dlna server), after like 45 minutes, when using the mobile phone, the server is being killed by Android system.
Question is - Even if I locate the dlna server apk, how would I add this apk to a "white list" of apps not being killed by Doze or anything else battery-saver?
I am a bit angry, as with the LP I was able to listen the music for hours and using the mobile without taking care if the dlna apk is killed or not...
Please help?
media server always stays in top of the list. i have renamed all mkv files with .tar extension still media server kills my honor 6x battery. any solution for this problem? im curently on emui 4.1 BLN L22
Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well.
My 2019 shield Pro cannot connect to my Windows computer when using Kodi.
I can connect to my computer using Xplore file manager, but when I go to Kodi to add a Windows network SMB location it gives me an error and says the "share not available" before I even manage to enter the IP address.
Anyone have any insights into why this might be happening?
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mathieu, thanks..
I'm on 19.3, I *think*the latest on Android TV play store...
I have found a way to access my music, and that is to share my PC music folder using UPNP, and then finding that user on kodi and navigating to the Music part of that, then to artist/album etc...
A bit messy, but it works.
I'm still wondering why Kodi won't connect using regular SMB when Xplore will...
Tx
Mark.

under Koid system settings-> services
set the minimum smb version to 1
this solved it for me (I read somewhere else to set minimum and max to 1 but I had to put max back at 3 so my FreeNas would show up, and with only min at 1 my Windows SMB shares still show)
