You should be asking in the Q&A section for quicker answers.
I have posted a thread on such issues... Cable is the primary issue.
I never turn off my tablet to charge or store. Hibernation mode will last me days when not in use. Seems that more are having issues with charging while the tablet is off, but even when on such issues arise.
I don't recommend calibration as it never proves to be a permanent fix, and google does not recommend such apps.
If rooted, you can run exposed framework and load DVFS disable by Wanam. Samsung DVFS messes with Androids battery stats database. The only fix is to disable it through an app.
If you have Wanam Exposed, the same dis-abler is available within the advanced settings.
It was my problem
easy fixed
Need install galaxy charging current & measure charging ampere
if itis 1.8
the problem in battery
If lower and this is 99%
chang usb cable of charger
try other cables
any cable of 1.8 use it
will be amazing
in faster charging
longer battery life

Get A New Battery
If Not So Then Go Back To KK Or Wait For New Update

Recently flashed my Oneplus One with this ROM and the issues I am facing now are :
1. Phone shuts down automatically when battery is around 10%
2. While watching videos on Facebook the screen blacks out after sometime, causing the video to stop/pause.
It might be a battery calibration problem. Try to use the phone until it shuts down and then charge it completely while its off. That might help.

Thanks will try that and let you know the results.
I have this problem a while ago, battery stays at 100% for a long time then when reach 30% the phone suddenly died. Charging for a straight 5 to 6 hours while the phone off fixed the battery problem. If its not working for the first charge, just make sure you completely discharge battery to 0 % then cycle charge again while off for 5 to 6 hours.
It has been just 20 days, and I have just realised that there is a charging problem with my Honor View 10.
At night, when I turn off my phone and put on charge, the phone starts charging but in the morning i. e arnd after 7 hours I see that the battery is around 70% and still its shows that its charging but actually the battery is draining because after sometime when I check it again the battery is like 68% or so and it still shows charging P. S in whole process the phone is switched off and this happens every time (around 6 to 7 times). And I am using the same charger that came with the phone. Phone is updated to the latest firmware.
I have done the factory reset but still the same problem persists.
Please you guys check and let me know if anyone else is also suffering with same issue.

Better you should visit company service center or probably honor official forum for support from company... As far as I think it is your handset problem either check with ampere app from play store to see how much current it is taken when charging , so either your charging port is damaged , maybe charging IC or maybe battery issue... Not sure though..

There is charging related bug in the latest update. Also battery drain is higher. You will need to wait for next update.

Apr 2018.. Same charging issue. Shows fast charging but doesn't
This post is from Feb and I bought this phone now in Apr. I am facing the same issue. The fast charging lasted for a day and then it is very slow.. Max 750mah measured via Ampere app. Earlier it used to be excess of 2500mah when it was fast charging.
Have you find any solution to this issue?
Hi to all the forum! I've just got a brand new Nokia 3 two days ago. Overall I like this phone. It's small, handy, well-built and non too much slow as many reviewers said. The only issue I have is with battery. I was aware of the fact that there's no fast charging, and that's not an issue for me. But the battery life seems very poor, lasting only from morning to afternoon with only 3hrs 30mins of screen on time. I'm running Oreo 8.0.0 with may security patches.
Is it "normal"? It will increase after some recharges or my battery is defective? Today i reached 4hrs and 20mins of screen on time, but i only used the phone yesterday evening and this morning, leaving it in idle during night.
Sorry for my english.
EDIT: on the manual it says that for the first time usage of the phone I should connect it to the usb cable and switch it on while charging. But I didn't do that. I switched on the phone, let the battery drain till 15% and then charge again. May I have damaged the battery?
i get 6-7h sot with web browsing, youtube and listening music, minimum brightness, 3g network, wifi enabled. I'm on 7.1.1 December SP. I have Enable Doze for Google Play Services Magisk module and it improved my battery life. I have no issues with this module like receiving messages with social apps. I also have a lot of xposed modules. This is how it looks.
Try to calibrate your battery, i had a problem that my phone would go from 10% to 0% very quick.

I can tell you that this can be a long process. First discharge you battery completely from system. Then go to recovery (by holding power + volume up) and stay there. wait about 2 hours to discharge. Now we are sure that our phone is completely discharged. Now you can charge your phone but don't turn it on yet. When phone reaches 100% then you can turn on your phone and disconnect your charger.

Thanks! I will try it! Speaking in general it is wrong to switch on the device the first time I use without charging it first?

well when i got phone first time it was on like 80%. It's not wrong at all, it's just system that sometimes report wrong battery percentage.
It's this method working
Hey above 2 people , is that method of discharging the full battery (system + recovery) working good ??? . I'm about to try it, my Nokia 3 is discharging on it's own from 100-15% when it's idel it's just 9 hrs since full charge.
