in the download link provided there is an unofficial v1.0 build.
The latest build is official though it is just marked as unofficial. It will be changed I later builds

I dint use jio so Idk. It will have the same problems as lineage 14 . I'll edit this comment after I test with a jio sim.

Yes...because till now OTA app for FireHound is not available the firehound developer working on that OTA app when ever they release the OTA I give you the APK and you can able to download the OTA when ever I push the New Release

1. smooth, lots of free ram.

You can get gapps from opengapps.org
I think you know how to use the Play Store so you can get browser and music player from there.
Charging speed is decent and the BB is same and sometimes even better than all other O Roms.
I really tried but I couldn't understand the last sentence.
Maybe you are asking which Package to use, in that case Nano or Pico is recommended.
