obviously not as just like most budget devices they never get linage or cyanogenmod (before it got changed to lineage os) also we do not have anyone who is proficient in rom development working on this device yet.

No official 10 or 11 firmware for the J7P. If you really want you could install Treble GSI ROM's albeit with several bugs as Pie is the latest stable version for the phone....
