Hello! My xperia phone is fairly new and well kept. The problem is that it's shuting down under 90% battery and i dont know why is that so. It started doing it yesterday like when it was @25% and it worked tomorrow morning as well but when it droped to 90% from full charge it just shuted down and when i try to turn it on as soon as i get to the android interface it's saying shutting down.
solved it and i dont even know how
i just hold power and vloume down button sevral times and it booted
happy but ill keep checking on it
and it ****ed up again
got it working for 15 mins and then it shut down again on me
Maybe this be a battery problem?

You need to do a software repair via Xperia companion and make sure you have the latest firmware update 33.2.A.4.70 installed and then see if you still have the problem if so it could be a hardware problem and may need repairing/replacing under warranty. Havent had any problems like this on my xa F3111

but really think its dead it also as unlocked bootloader please help TIA
Oh it might be hard bricked.. Does it vibrate on pressing power button. Flashmode doesn't start? (green led)
And how did your wife return to stock? Flash ftf file?
Also how does device manager show the connected phone?
Sent from my ST27i
no it doesnt vibrate and no lights all she did was it was on cm10 she went into settings and restore to factory then this happened pc makes the noise when plug it in but nothing happens and device manager wont pick it up, dont even thinki can take to shop or send to sony as it has unlocked bootloader can this phone be fixed to u no bud or will it be cheaper to just buy new 1 as i honestly think this 6 week old phone is dead it doesnt do anything m8
Download stock ftf
Open flashtool first
Press power off +vol down button and connect usb quickly if flashtool recognizes
Then flash the stock ftf and research before flashing anything
And give me the built number of cm10 buicd
noob and learning
hit thanks if I helped you
it was fxp 211 and fashtool doesnt help m8 as it wont pick my phone up
Sounds hard bricked.. Try flashtool on another pc to rule out driver issue. If flashtool can't fix it, it's gotta go back to Sony.
Also try plugging it to charger for a few hrs, battery may be drained..

from what i have read bud sony will charge me to fix it as i have unlocked bootloader will it be cheaper to buy new phone or will it be best to send back TIA

You will have to act lame, and not mention anything about rooting or unlock bootloader.. Tell it died under normal circumstances, like dead battery, or something weird like crashed, and on reboot it never started. Depending on how you sell it, and your country, them may not check BL (or they may not be able to) so give it a shot and be creative
And before repairing and charging you anything, they have to inform you of your warranty status, so you can decide then which is cheaper.

awesome thanks m8 i will give it a try as i got nothing to lose bud kind of hoping it needs a new phone so they dont find out but thanks for help m8
same thing happened to me.just take it to any repair center.
They check via IMEI if the bootloader is unlocked. If it is they don't touch it and they tell you to buy a new one. My tipo was dead almost two months ago. If it is possible use another battery and try to install stock firmware via flashtool. My brother has Neo V which use the same battery with tipo and my device became alive.

Is there any way to fix it??
Please help......
volumedown, hold it while pluggin the USB, and flash a stock .ftf via flashtool.
Hi,
some days ago I connected my Tipo to the charger before going to sleep. When I woke up it was turned off. I removed the battery then I put it back but still it didn't power on.
Sometimes, when I tried to power it on, it vibrated (as it usually does when I power it on) or there is the red led (like if the battery is discharged). It never powers on, neither with the charger.
I tried another battery (a friend has the same smartphone), but nothing changed.
Did someone have the same problem and solved it?
Pls reflash you Rom with flashtool bro and corret ftf file....

As soon as I can use a PC with win7, I'll try. At the moment I have windows8 and I don't find the proper drivers.
But maybe I can't solve the problem. I tried the fastboot mode and it doens't work.
Ok, I tried but it doesn't work. I can't use the fastboot mode.
I guess I'm going to bring it to a repair center.

It happened when I uninstalled XPOSED FRAMEWORK AND MODULES AND CLICKED REBOOT, THE PHONE DOES NOT TURN ON SINCE!
When I put it to charge for the 1st time there was a faint red led in the top left corner of the phone!

bro..your phone is dead (when your phone cannot boot..nothing appears) i did experienced it before on my xperia e C1505..charge it..flash your phone latest firmware..if u have unlocked bootloader..then relock it..and then try..and remember one thing specially..when flashing the ftf file..wipe everything i.e. wipe cache and data partition..
its not working for me !!! can you please tell me what to do???? im begging you bro...
Charge it with a 1.5A or 2A charger. I got mine fixed from Sony, the guy said that the battery “went into negative”, causing this. He said using a higher-rating charger fixed it.
hi, my xepria m2 d2303 wont take any charge, i have replaced the battery and it still doesn't receive any charge, i did root the device before it stopped working and i did install multi recovery, but i cant even boot into recovery, no charge lights show red or blue, the problem happened whilst i was playing a game and connected to charger at the same time. I noticed the phone wasn't charging, so i stopped playing the game, then my phone died and it wouldn't turn back on again, i did have the same problem before with a huwaei y330 running on stock firmware with no root or anything, i have tried different chargers but still nothing, is the phone truly screwed or can i save it ?
Edit: i have tried the reset switch/button to no avail
oh the xperia m2 was running stock firmware if that helps.
many Thanks

Hi guys,
I have an Xperia Z5 E6653 and after the update to Marshmallow, it started shutting down by itself, restarting and giving errors "system.ui has stopped working". I tried repairing the software using Xperia Companion, but it gave me an error during the process and the repair was unsuccessful, also my Xperia was no longer booting.
I followed this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1849170 and managed to flash a stock firmware using flashtool, but the phone is still not booting, when I press the power button nothing happens. If I plug it to charge, I get the red led and the charging battery animation for a couple seconds, then I get the white screen with Sony Xperia for a couple seconds and then the triangle with the tools and the loading blue bar at the bottom of the page for about 1 minute, before the phone shuts down.
Have any of you encountered this issue? Do you have any ideas?
