Android app for redirect audio streams - General Questions and Answers

Hi, everybody. Please help. Is there Android app, that can redirect audio stream for selected apps to different channels. For a example. In my phone two apps are working at the same time - audio player and navigator - when i'm driving a car. Both apps output audio to bluetooth channel and it's very uncomfortable, when you are listening a music and navigator says 'turn to the right'. So is there app, that can redirect audio from navigator to dynamics, while music is playing through bluetooth? Thanks.

[Request] Record Audio stream- namely Spotify

Is it possible to record the audio output from the default music player or more specifically an application like Spotify.
I have Replay Music on my laptop which enables me to record the sound going through the audio chipset/soundcard. I would like to be able to either record the streams or record the offline playlists which output as per the music player when not connected to the net.
Can someone suggest an app or maybe a route to mod this in?
If it's a no-go then I'd appreciate someone kicking me up the arse and telling me to go and have a word with myself

Audio Recorder for HTC Pure?

Hello guys,
I did do a search before I post but all I find is those ones that do voice recording. I am looking for app to record any streaming music on my HTC Pure. For example, I want to record the streaming live radio from WMP on my HTC Pure. Is there such app for this? It would be nice to have an app that does both audio and voice recording in mp3 stereo format.
Thanks in advance.
Resco Radio has record function and you can customize channels to any stream, but its not a free app.
Thanks for the suggestion but Resco Radio can not play my .asf file. I uses that .asf on WMP to play that radio station streaming. I have tried the built-in Streaming Media but it can't play that sort of file. I guess I would have to record it on my laptop instead.

How to stream phone's internal audio to the recording of an app?

How could I stream sound (from an app) to act as if it's the recorded sound (on another app on the same phone)? I'm looking for switching the stream of the microphone from the actual hardware microphone to the internal sound of the phone.
Purpose:
I listen to podcasts (I use Pocket Casts). Sometimes there are spoken words I can't recognise. I need to have a voice recognition app (I use SpeechNotes) listen to the sound played from Pocket Casts so that I can know what were the words I missed.
More Info:
Android version: 6.0.1 (rooted with xposed installed).
Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Exynox (N910c)
If it is impossible to stream audio of podcasts app to the voice recognition app directly, perhaps you may stream it to an audio file, and then manage to feed the voice recognition app with that audio file. Good luck to you.

Music app with support for Bluetooth streaming

I recently purchased an Android-based autoradio.
In the process of customization, I'm in the need of a (music) application to show streaming information about tracks playing over Bluetooth.
Obviously, I can use whatever app to play music locally saved on the autoradio itself, or to stream it online, e.g. Spotify, but I'd like to find an alternative to (at least) show what I'm playing on the phone and streaming on the car via Bluetooth.
Does anybody have any idea or tip?

Audio Utilities for Android - Compatibility Fixes for Spotify, Bluetooth etc.

Hi XDA Team,
Recently I ran into a predicament where my car's JVC Kenwood head unit stopped displaying song metadata and track information. It turns out this is because Spotify had dropped support for my brand of stereo, meaning I had to downgrade my Spotify version. Before this I used to be able to like songs, browse playlists etc all through my car stereo.
I then got to thinking about how music apps (particularly Spotify) like to drop features at a moments notice, stop working with older devices etc.
I don't have a good way to phrase this question, but can anybody think of an "audio bridge" that manages the connection between your phone's music player and your device of choice? Some third party app that could include support for various devices and apps? Even a custom developed Spotify application? Would love to hear any ideas as to how this could work or why it is/isn't possible.
