No, VoLTE totally fixed in this build, you need not edit to add any apn, etc.

Guess i need to create a PayTM account.
Camera i am sure will be very difficult to fix, however sensors if you can fix earlier, the phone would be a better daily driver.
FPS should be the least priority but it seems goodix is being (tried to be) fixed at Kenzo forum. might get some help from there.

Sorry for nub question but, what's the meaning of hardware encryption? So device get encrypted after flashing this rom?

Hardware Encryption in Known issues is confusing a lot of peoples.
it simply means that you cant encrypt your phone even if you want to. it wont automagically encrypt your phone. and you need to decrypted your phone if its already encrypted. You can check the status here : setting -> security -> Advanced -> Encryption
