Go for lineage os and if you want more customization go for Resurrection remix buddy.

Official Lineage OS with Boeffla kernel , good battery, good standby, doze works well.

Best rom? Performance & Daily Use

Hi... Well... I've tried andorid 5.1.1 stock, performance was good, but HotSpot didn't work... Android 6.0 stock really sucks... it hangs all the time... Well now I'm on Android 5.1.1 optimized v1.0a and it works REALLY good and REALLY fast... but... hotspot wifi does not work.... So , which rom would you recommend, or anyone knows how to fix Hotspot Wifi on 5.1.1 ? (I guess it is a dns problem, but didnt realize how to fix it yet...)
Thanks in advance!
Have you tested stock 6.0.1? Folks say that it is bit faster than 6.0.
Ever tried broken os? It is the best custom ROM till yet much better than any other ROM
I can't find any of those roms... Links please? And which ones are you using?
Sorry will answer each one of you in different messages...
Can delete this post please? thanks and sorry

Here,
If you couldnt find broken for your device then probably there's no devloper for your device sorry! Try liquid dark rom its also good.
i never really used stock moto rom
flashed cm 12.1 just in an hour after i purchased the phone. now i feel cm13 is the best rom . ive tried rr n few more roms but i always come back to cm due to its great battery backup and stability .

Hello guyz!
I plan to update my one plus one for the first time! Can you tell me which update should I use? Which one do you recommend? My main concern is battery life... Also my phone seems to lag more and more often.

By update you mean flash a custom ROM?
Have you unlocked your bootloader yet?
Yes I mean flash a custom rom! I have not yet unlocked the boatloader; There so much different roms...
You should definitely check out Lineage OS then
Lineage? Which version do you suggest me sir
if you want a lof of customizations then use Resurrection remix if you don't care about that any optimized version of lineage or AOSP will be good

I am only interested in performance. Not by customisation. Thanks for the reply!
Recommended is official latest LineageOS here https://forum.xda-developers.com/on.../official-lineageos-14-1-oneplus-one-t3543489
But some devs do great work in bringing out some good tweaks.
If you wanna have a real good camera, then you should consider a sultanxda built rom. ( his "official" LineageOS/CM is based on Android 6 (not the latest 7), but is really buttersmooth and has a great camera.
I saw some other Android 7 based builts with sultanxda camera inbuilt, so this looks interessting.
Hi!
I was unable to unlock the bootloader despite my multiple attempts. Is there someone who could share with me an easy step-by-step guide? Does the One Plus Toolkit for Mac still work?
I am using Mac and I have Parallel Desktop with Microsoft XP.

The guide that you're already reading,is the most easiest and detailed explaination.
What is the part that you don't understand?
SultanXDA 7.1.2 I think would be best choice for you. Good battery life, great performance and camera.

yup,i try have tried oreo from RR and the others. But i still face the same problem about the battery. its drain to fast (in my opinion) and always warm, sometimes overheating without problem.
I try to downgrade RR nougat but i have problem with mobile banking cause of root rom.
Finally try to flashing lastest stock lineage os 14.1 and the problem gone.
Without root,Great battery life and performance.

Suggestions for HTC U11+ 128GB (mod, Software, iOS)

Hey Guys
Well I got a HTC U11+ with current software and no cheats (as purchased in a common store); details here:
Android-Version: 8.0.0
Software-Nr.: 1.24.401.7
Kernel-Version: 4.4.78-perf-ge29bd18
Build-Nr.: 1.24.401.7 9.0_g
This OS is full of bugs and spyware software. I already made in past a good choice of searching for a 3th party os/software.
In hope that you can suggest me any good stable mod/os here I'm very thankful.
And sorry for my bad english...
Regards.

This is for the U11 not our U11+.
Don't even try....
After unlocking bootloader and flashing twrp, I was able to install an AOSP 8.1 GSI rom and it was very functional! I also tried with AOSP 9.0 but never boot! However, I haven't any bug with stock system and it's running very nice. Maybe try first to return to factory settings

Hi ouioui,
For AOSP 9.0, I can't tell as it never booted but for 8.1, I had no issue with audio, it sounds quite good from both speaker! I never use audio via headphone or bluetooth so I can't answer and I'm actually back to stock waiting for stock Pie update so I can't try
Peace!

Weekly are Beta ROMs with new features and bug fixes every week. Stable is basically an older Weekly that was tested sufficiently by Xiaomi to be considered stable .
Sometimes with important bugs, sometimes without.
I went from the last stable to the last weekly(miui 12.5) and it works really well.

hell yeah, i was on miui 12.0.4.0 global, i had only 6h30 SoT,
now with crDroid 7.3, my phone have 9h SoT between 95% to 30%
Tried CRDroid, the battery not so good, but I read its because pocket detection. Also, GApps for A11 has many issues (maps, auto, third party apps that rely on maps, etc), revert to stock global even before able to test pocket detection disabled. Battery on stock A11 global is very good, but its has so many bugs. Tried xiaomi.eu weekly, almost no bug and able to keep A11 stock battery performance. It's my daily driver now.
