You Can Do it but it's complicated you have to change permissions for every one

O no not needed ive changed the whole folder back to r-o, and it works without any lag or problems using root explorer

Question is: galaxy s4 i9505 have the Toshiba THGBM5G7A4JBA4W 16GB eMMC with internal storage. In solution there is SAMSUNG EMMC. What does it mean only samsung emmc?
I9500 have SAMSUNG IC KMV3W000LM-B310 eMMC.
Problably work only on i9500....

It requires Samsung Touchwiz based ROM in order to work.

Could anyone port it to work in other roms?

I don't know what is the difference. I installed it and it looks exactly like playstore version.

Still waiting for my US model (retus) to get this update. Waiting, and waiting...

My wifi still works
Before update a noticed a problem if wifi and mobile data are on, the moment wifi was out of range and phone needed to switch to mobile data, the phone hangs, and reboots,
Now after this update this is fixed for me

Sorry, this update was one of many others "out of the box" to my new Moto Z through my first setup.
Now, it should be an new OTA NPLS25.86.30-8 with securitylevel march 2017. I´am waiting for it...

I don´t know whats the difference between NPL and NPLS.
My RETEU device has BLUR_Version.25.61.30.griffin.retail.en.us --> NPL25.86-31 with securitylevel february 2017. I can´t update with NPLS-files, because Error 7 through sideload.

After my last post I manually checked update and voila: NPLS25.86-31-1 is available. It is march patch for the NPL build variants of reteu devices. From NPL to NPLS with this OTA. This new NPLS build has a higher buildnumber then the other NPLS build with april patch, I don't know why.

Can I OTA update to NPL25.86-31 or will it override my bootloader? If no, will it override my Tubro Kernel and/or root?

I tried OTA sideload from NPLS25.86-30-8 to NPLS25.86-30-12 with Blur_Version.25.221.12.griffin.retail.en.US.zip but getting error at this step:
Patching oem image...
Mount count = 7
Last mount path = /oem
Last mount time = 1497001183
E2004: oem partition fails to recover
Before flashed recovery and boot from my previous TWRP backup because I flashed TWRP and Magisk.
I think it is somehow related to TWRP backups which mount this oem partition for backup. Any idea how to resolve? What does the updater script checks at this moment?
