Due my ROM adventures here, I have messed up my G3 (wrong SPL upgrade on a test image, funny to see a 2.20.0001 on G3, lol) I need a SD backup image to restore my G3

No problem as long as it boots, I can change it to english later

Are you sure you have a G3 model ?
If so, please downgrade to this version, try again, and after you are done upgrade back to your own version.

Uploaded. I saw several disconnections but upload file was resumed and finally finished. Hope it works. Use command "psdwrite.exe x: pdamobiz2.3rom.bin" to write to your SD card. Good luck!

Crap,
I've tried the image, but it said "Not allow update!" (nice english too, lol)
I will continue to investigate this problem, in the mean time
Anybody have a clue ?

for the people trying this, you have to press the comm. button on the side to answer the question on "Download SD image"
Hi guys, just wanna share wit u all the problems I encounter when installing this rom.
1) No signal eventhough I flash to my local baseband. Maybe because I didn't flash bernie's kernel?
2) It will auto shutdown after a minute if sim card is inserted. Had to remove and insert batt in order to reboot.
3) External SD card is greyed out in file manager or other file explorer, This mean u can only access the ext. SD via usb connection to comp.
But u can see ur pics and vids through gallery though.
4) For video setting, don't change it to 1080. Max will be 720p or ele the app will crash.
Well that's it. If u guys have solutions or problems, pls post here. Thanks.

If Folder mount reboots your device when mounting folders, this can be solved by:

On Xperia SP it doesn't work :/ I have bootloop. Can you make something like that for Xperia SP ?

Ok. Now it's working. We must enter the CWM/TWRP and delete that folder /data/local/tmp/rootfix.
Now FolderMount is working and Xperia SP too

Hi, did you use the program provided in the link for your xperia SP?? and I can't find the folder /data/local/tmp/rootfix in my xperia SP.
I used the program and it fixed the problem but my phone is a bit hot everytime the screen is on. Will the program cause my device to heat up?? Thank you. :laugh:
I ran into this weird problem on my Mate 7 today and i want to know if there's a workaround or if anyone else has experienced same.
I downloaded a 10gb file to my internal memory and funny enough when i connected the phone to my pc i couldn't find the file. I looked in the folder i downloaded it in and sure enough it kinda vanished but reappeared soon as i disconnected my phone. I tried other usb connection methods (Hisense and MTP) but the file could not be found.
I finally resorted to copying to my flashdrive via OTG but it failed after copying about 3gb or so saying the file was too large.
has anyone else experienced this, and is there a workaround?
EDIT: I updated the HIsiute on my pc to the latest version and the problem seems to have been solved. I can now see the file on pc.
Only problem now is the issue of not being able to copy large files via OTG. Any workaround?

Bcos some haters ,and ash**es ,must poke ,and envy or I don't know so they provoking and then ends with argue ring fight ..
I too had the same problem. Then I found that FAT 32 only supports 4GB of file transfer. Now, I had to find the solution for it. After trying many software which I didn't found satisfactory I found GS Richcopy 360. Although its a paid software but its just awesome. I copies the file file permissions too. Not only that it also solved my problem of long path name. Its other features include multi threaded file transfer, pre scheduled file transfer, email notification when the transfer is done and many more. Try it, its awesome!
Well although I planned to unlock bootloader after a few months I decided to grab the opportunity when unlock page started working and with the ultimatum by Huawei about providing unlock codes, but ever since I unlocked and fixed multiple boot loops I noticed few apps and features are now missing such as
HiFi Huawei sounds in Settings is gone
Unable to change or apply themes
smart remote Control is now gone,
Phone no longer stay awake while looking at it
There might be more stuff missing which I haven't noticed

Wow well I expected a better response from the community or some response for sure.. Well turns out these all apks were in data partition, so they got removed when phone storage was formatted, makes sense now
Extracted the apks and pushed them myself... Features are back

No idea what kind of issues you had, but none of those vanished after unlocking my bootloader.
I've been able to use themes just like before, the display stays on when I look at it and those Huawei sounds in settings are still there as well. No idea about the remote since I never used it anyway.
So idk what went wrong on your phone but it doesn't look like that's anything "normal"

c675 firmware is now available in firmware finder , but if u still need it let me know , i'll try upload it

I am guessing it as per different variant, perhaps in mine these apk were in the data partition, Microsoft translator was missing as well
I pushed those apks extracting from firmware to the system partition and its back to normal
You are a savior then !

I just realized the firmware on firmware finder seems rather incomplete, update.app is just 300 MB or so, no way it contains full system.img
so am gonna have to take twrp backup b ready for 3gb download, anything else u want other than the system?

Thats not a problem bro, have a 50mbps 250gb monthly plan in broadband. Wanted you to know that I am coming from LOS to stock as much as I know it would require only system.img. But if you think anything else would be required, then please upload that too, as I have only the stock recovery and nothing else.

after unzip paste in twrp folder and restore

it is not flashable, just extract the content of the zip,
paste it in the twrp folder of the phone and use restore option of twrp

this is 140 update backup I haven't received 151 officially due to unknown reasons, but I had made changes to my system partition so it contains almost all new features and fixes of 151 except the 3D creator cam,
3D creator is in my data partition which i did not backup
Hey, Are you sure taking restore of this one alongwith previous one will do the job ? I guess imei resides in efs partition which I cannot see here. Can you confirm this once please ?

Hey, could you share how did you manage to extract the apks? I downloaded the firmware using the Firmware Finder and found the HwRemoteController.apk but when I try to install it via adb I get a signature failure.

U need to place them directly in /system/app
Or /data/apps and give permission rw-r--r--
Or try signing the apk it should work I guess if libs are not there

Take your own backup first... Try installing only one partition at time... To be honest this EMUI is very new to me... Dont know y they made so many different partitions
Or maybe it's a kirin's thing... I should have just gone with Op5t like rest of the world... Its just chaos and confusion here
