It doesn't work that way... If you want TWRP flashable, it won't be stock. TWRP doesn't have the capability to flash all the necessary partitions. Stock is flashed in Fastboot, custom Roms or "stockish" ROMs are flashed in TWRP.

I use Osprey and can confirm that it does not have twrp flashable stock ROM. The ROMs you might be referring to are based on stock but de-bloated and optimized. They are not completely stock. As @acejavelin said, there are no twrp flashable stock ROMs. The only way you'll get stock ROM by using twrp is if you restore a previous stock ROM backup of yours.

If its not available in the forums then you're gonna have to make one yourself. You can't demand anyone to make one for you. Developers make these ROMs for free. Their not getting paid for this. So stop demanding.

I am running stock jelly bean rom with air kernel and I want to get back to stock kernel. How would I do that?
Just flash your rom again, no wiping required

Ok so I just flash the last OTA update I had which was the 4.0.4 to 4.1.1 update?
This one.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1736645
No, you flash the full ROM. Not just the OTA update.
Where is the full jelly bean 4.1.1 rom? Sorry I couldnt find it.
And are you positive this process doesnt wipe that?
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
Make sure to grab the correct one. Flash with fastboot. Obviously your bootloader has to be unlocked, which I imagine is already the case.
Nothing should be lost as long as you don't wipe data.
Ah so this is what I have to do?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1572307
And yes my bootloader is unlocked.
Btw which kernel do you suppose is the closest to stock kernel? The reason why I want to do this is because I wanted to see just how does the stock kernel compare with air kernel but it seems like it isnt as simple a thing as I thought it would be to go back to stock kernel.
as i know there is no stock kernel standalone instalation package. So the only way to get back to stock kernel is to flash the whole ROM again.
For my purposes showed as the best kernel thalamus kernel.
Thanks for all the info guys. I have one more question just for future information purposes. Do you get an OTA update if you are on custom kernel?

I just re-uploaded the ROM with stock kernel on my thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1881858
That will reset your kernel to stock. Sorry I don't have a separate kernel zip to flash.
If I install my compete ROM again (its Cyanogenmod), do I have to install the Gapps again too?

Yes, you will need a JB kernel for a JB ROM AFAIK
1st u need to upgrade to stock jb... for jb kernel support.... the u install any jb rom
rom problem
add boot.img from the previously downloaded LeWa OS ROM to the ZIP without unzipping the zip
how to do dat???????
So ones upgraded to stock jb.. should we have to flash stock jb through sp or cwm each time before flashing any jb rom? Or we can flash any jb rom n number of times ones we upgraded to jb?

Once you have upgraded to stock JB, you don't have to reflash stock everytime you flash a JB ROM
But if you flash an ICS kernel, you'll have to reflash Stock JB again to flash JB ROM.
Solution Found !!
Hey guys i found this on this forum...
here's the download link for JB kernel: goo.gl/vbpy2
download the file..
1. after wiping cache/partion.
2. format system
3. flash the above downloaded zip
4. flash any custom ROM without rebooting.
These steps are needed if you're upgrading from ICS ROM to JB... and its needed only once to flash the JB Kernel..
Sorry for the silly question but where can i find boot.img?
I want to try Suvi Rom but instruction it says "Put boot.img from micromax JB rom in the Zip"
I searched my memory card there is boot.img in CWM Backup folder. is this the same file?

If i hav stock rom files then you can get the boot.img from it and just drag and drop it inside zip using winrar. It will ask to save do that.

Well, if he doesn't have issue with signal, then you shouldn't have to flash the new ML1 modem. If you want to flash it anyway then here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1788313
There are a bunch of custom rom, either TouchWiz custom rom or just custom rom you can choose from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-verizon/development
If you want to stay away from bugs, pick the one that close to stock rom as much as possible.

What is your baseband? If your is already MF1 (I think you are), then just download the ML1 zip and flash it.
Ok here is the thing i have few questions about rooting my device and flashing custom kernel.
1) I want to root my nexus 5 and yes i saw the tutorials its not my first time to root a device but its first time on n5 so if i root it and install custom recovery and keep stock rom and kernel will i be able to recive ota updates without any problems? Or if i just root it and keep the stock recovery will i be able to update?
2) And my second question will franco kernel work fine on stock rom? Because if my first question is not possible then i would flash franco kernel on my device too and later when an update for stock rom comes i would flas it manually of course if that is possible too?
Thanks for help.

No because you're rooted it won't accept the ota update due to modified software.

Just flash back the stock kernel and the stock recovery(if using it) and roll back any system changes u made.
