Hello guys wanna buy honor 6x but confused a bit , which model got rom development? Can I flash the rom made for other honor 6x model on another 6x model? I mean there are different models such as BLN-L22 AND BLL-L22. ETC , so which one got strong development?

For custom development, all are same as custom roms are generic for all model. For stock development, it depends on regions but slowly they come for all. Chinese variants are the fastest many times for update but have manh bloated apps. So purchase for your region or EU version which has gyro and nfc both.

No, H60-L04 is Honor 6, not Honor 6+
There is rom for PE-TL10 which is Honor 6+, but i cannot find any information is rom for all subversions or just for TL10 subversion.
I own the same model PE-UL00 , Honor 6+ , which is the chinese version . I would like to convert it to international variant , if possible , does any one know the procedure , if there is any ?

1) Does it work in Saudi Arabia?
2) I can change to any other ROM other than Chinese one.
3) is It a good device .
4) Which is better mate 8 or oppo r7 plus

I think it will work, but if you want to make sure that it will work or not check the "mobile Networks". Rooting the device or not this will not make any issues.
Ali, again my advise to you that don't buy OPPO R7 Plus and go to Mate 8, but if you don't want it you have a lot of devices which are better than R7 Plus such as, Xiaomi Mi 5, ZTE Nubia Z11, and LG G5. You know as for me I will buy Mate 8 from Gitex in Dubai.

I am not sure about you, but I have used many Android devices. From my experience, I have concluded, opensource support is way more important than corporate support. Because, in all my experiences, it is the opensource support that allow my devices to continue to be working and functioning long after the corporate support has stopped. Hence, when I was choosing a new phone, I make sure the phone has AOSP port and opensource community support is well and active. I like Oppo a lot, because their community is very supportive of AOSP. Look at their Project Spectrum for more details. I am a phablet guy, my previous phone was Asus ZenFone6. So going to anything smaller just not what I want, at least for now. Incidentally, after my experience my Asus, I am even more convinced that AOSP is the only way.
Since you are in XDA and looking for advice of which Android phone to get, my suggestion is very simple. You can choose whichever phone you like, as long as it has AOSP port.
Do take note, the CM is available for OppoR7Plus F variant only. So, if you intent to get OppoR7Plus and wants to try CM, then do make sure you get the right phone.

I wonder why there are no official Roms available?
With the P8, P8 Max and Lite for all variants full updates were available for download.
Now with the P9 series, only one or two updates released and only for L09.. but nothing for L19, L29, AL00 and AL10.. still after at least 2 months!!

- Is it possible to use Firmware finder to convert/ debrand it to something more international? If yes, which model works best with the Chinese HODOR 6x?
- Any guide to downgrade it to Marshmallow?

For downgrading, you need rollback package. There is one for 6x but it's for BLN-L21. As for rebranding you will need oeminfo, custom bin and firmware for the model you want to rebrand to. I didn't find much besides custom bin for BLL-L22C636 witch you can find in the file repository by @shashank1320. I think that in time others with non-chinese versions will upload oeminfos and custom bins for us to rebrand so i suggest patience
There is no oeminfo for China variant yet but yes for other variants it is available.
