My nieces camera did this the other night! Man I am so fed up from getting the crap phones from CBW!
I had the same issue, also with to stock app. I installed instagram and it told me the camera couldn't be detected. I contacted my seller in Germany and they gave me a free hardware replacement(motherboard+battery)

i tried to flash a few different roms to see if it was hardware related but no dce. i called tmobile and they are sending me a new one. im selling it as soon as i get the new one back. i keep hearing about all these problems with the one s. going back to the galaxies. plus my hands are too big for this lil thing.
I would really like to know if this is a common issue and if it is if it is fixed with a replacement. Can anyone who has had this issue verify this please?

Did this fix your issue?
Its a "common" HTC problem. 2 of my friends also experienced this with a 2011 and 2010 smartphone. After some time it worked by itself. I also had this for 1-2 weeks and it worked after i cleared camera cache or rebooted (it still occured but after some weeks it was gone completly). If you want clear your system cache in CWM or install a new ROM.

Haptic feedback a little noisy

Hi guys. Just received my Nexus 5 today and it has been working perfectly. Only thing I noticed is that the haptic feedback motor is a little loud. My other phone is a Nexus 4 and it's definitely louder than it.
Anybody else noticed this or maybe it's my device.
Thanks.

Did you receive a replacement? I have exactly the same problem but some say it's quite normal.
Stick with it, mine quietened down after a week or so, just like the N4 now... Maybe just needs bedding in?

To be honest, that seems normal to me. The defect with the vibration motor is only if it makes a clicking /chirping sound when typing. That signifies that the vibration motor had been fitted incorrectly.
Your video just seems like it's fine.

It's not normal, maybe you can't hear because of the audio quality of the video.

App runs fine on my phone. Have you tried to reinstall it?
Not yet.. I'll try to reinstall, but it is strange, it's the only application that does so.
Are you running ART?

Last post in that thread, seems to be the solution. It took me two minutes to search xda and Google.

Camera button not working

Before I return my z3 tomorrow anyone know if there's a fix for the camera button to work again. It worked for the first 2 days now it's not working. I've got the settings set up for it. But nothing. I've tried all settings for the button. Safe mode and restart. I've even deleted my most recent apps. Please help if it's not fixed by tomorrow evening I'm returning it.
Please and thank you for all your help.

Touch Screen Not Working

Hello to anyone still reading this thread!
I'm trying to resurrect my One XL (Evita) as a second device for my children to use. Unfortunately, I seem to have developed an issue with the touchscreen. I've tried to use the instructions that were posted at one time in XDA, but that link is now dead. Does anyone have instructions/guide for how to downgrade the touchscreen firmware, since that seems to be the fix for my issue? Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me out!
