Hello, i saw someone already got the B380 for FRD-L09C432. I found it in Firmware Finder too, is there a method to install it ?
EDIT: DONT USE FIRMWARE FINDER!!! To install B380 on FRD-L09C432 you need to be on B131 then use Charles with this response

NO there is no way actual to install that update CORRECT. Maybe with issues after an install. Why not waiting? Honor said, until March, 14th everybody should get that update. That are only 2 weeks. So i think......waiting for OTA
Download last versions 1.31gb from ff for windows.
Copy all files inside the update.zip to sdcard into dir dload.
Use code *#*#2846579#*#* in dialer.
Go to software upgrade and sdcard update.
Reboot.
Works
Do it via sistem updater in ff , download adon of ff and install it , i am doing it right now , tell you tomorrow how its going , hope that fixes battery drain , fingers crossed

Did you have twrp+root? if yes, did you loss them after update?
Which package did you use? OTA or FULL OTA?

Found it with stock System Updater and updated it normally (Bootloader was locked and I wasnt rooted). No 3rd Party Apps used.
Edit: Yes I was on B360

Full OTA, i installed B360 with download latest full package, coming from B131, with FF method.

I thought you will be interested. I was stuck with B161. Took a risk. I have downloaded FULL L09C432B180 firmware from Huawei servers and revoked update with dialer.
The result - successful update, no data lost, no factory reset, the same dual sim L19C432B180 with all latest stuff on it
Seems it just has to be the same C432 as my device still L19, even it took update from L09 this time.
PS. I am sure OTA B180 file will break your device, Full only!
Update: to B182 > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=69250625&postcount=22 Tested, working fine.

Important - C432 only, better do not try this on other C's, it won't work.

Well, I did it successfully from B161. As B180 is full firmware, I think. But can't be sure, it is your own risk.

I just tried few hours ago (from EVA-L19 C432B166 to EVA-L19 C432 B180 using full ROM EVA-L09 C432B180).
All works fine.
Could you please point me or write down some how to the right steps to try it, ?? One question, I don't have my phone rooted or bootloader unlocked, do I need something about that?? If not, after the update, will be everything the same?? Same stock bootloader, recovery, no root, etc. ??

In very short steps:
Download a Full firmware, extract zip.
Create a folder named dload in SD card.
Put update.app file into it.
Dial *#*#2846579#*#*
Choose option 4 - Software upgrade

Sorry to disappoint you, but it is your error. The file I posted is for C432 only, so you can't use it on your C185. C number match is a must, only L09 or L19 has no difference when updating from Full firmware file.
I have checked Huawei servers, there is no newer firmware for C185 than B170. It is the latest, both OTA and FULL.

Let us know. Because I have not noticed anything wrong at all. Maybe it is inside the firmware, as it is an official one, and will be fixed in a future.

I have an eva-l19 and I was on B166 received by ota, but downgraded to B161, because of that annoying message telling me what to do with current call when receiving other call (call waiting feature activated). Could someone tell me if that "feature" apears in version B180 ?

Unfortunately there is no workable rollback for this version.I have the same and tried everything,but is there any issue with emui 5 for you?that I can help you I want to say why would you rollback

I want to rollback to update to the latest nougat build which is BLN-L21C185B360, i tried updating to B360 via Firmware finder but it gave me the error that I am not authorized for the update. Is there any way I can get the B360 update?

What I did is downloading the update and force flashing power button +vol up+ vol down
If you have flash rollback package bln l24 you should flash update for bln l24 mm and finally reflash bln l21 mm and it's gone

Unfortunately as of this moment I don't have any. But like okbakaka said me to download the fullota-mf-pv from hwmt.ru and flash the b360 update, i am gonna try that in a couple of days. :good: why don't u give it a try and update me?

i am facing some problem with battery drain on my mobile. Previously i installed new firmware using firmware finder. So I decided to install clean, newest stable official firmware for Europe. So guys, could you please tell me, which version i can flash ? Maybe some download link will be good. I want to install new firmware using TWRP., because i want clean installation. I just seen it. Dont know but if you try to download one update then system updater want you to download second (fixes), now I downloaded more than 12! I think it must finish at 2.3gb as standard full firmware.

In firmware Finder but when is 2.3gb downloaded then i got notification about unstable network then i changed wifi (IT was conf to localhost 8080), then it didnt download any new fixes packages and i got authorization failed.. IT pissed me off. Does not work for me

FF gives only two files: "update.zip" and "update_full_hw_eu".
Flash it with hurupdater_04. Only this version!
You do not have to change the file names as in previous versions.
You need only:
hurupdater_04.zip
update.zip
update_full_hw.eu.zip
I flashed 9 Pie on LON-L29C432.
Works fine.

in my case it seems that I can not relock my phone ...
Flash your oeminfo.bin file for your model of the mate 9..like c423..
Download the file of xda and flash.. You will lose all ur files as phone resets but bootloader is locked again

Do not change the name of this file. You'll get the mistake of the hurupdater possibly. Nothing will be bad

You cant relock bootloader. It must be open. After relocking device will not boot.
