I am looking for an unbranded firmware for this model. I wan't one from the country that seems to update the quickest. Looks like Singapore has the newest ones. Are they unbranded? I use this phone with cricket and it is working fine on india's newest but I wan't the newest firmware out there that isn't branded.
1. if you dont want root, or root tripping Knox : G920IDVU1BOE3
2. if you want root with PingPong no tripping Knox: G920IDVU1AOE3
i like AOE3 fw
all of these fw are unbranded, in sammobile if some countrie have a carrier name, for example Argentina(Claro) is a branded firmware.
Hit Thanks if i helped you
Just received an unbranded new 920F that is on C0I9 firmware and appears to be from the UAE. Sammobile shows a QOLK from TIM Italy dated Jan 4 2016.
What is the latest firmware I need without getting carrier specific bloat installed (if possible). I don't want UAE firmware.
Thanks!

Thanks.. Is this branded to a French network with boot logo and bloatware? I'm so confused with with these international versions. Also, how will future updates be delivered? I'm on AT&T.

Hi. Yeah...I'm using international versions now as well. You can get updates via Kies...but I've noticed some regions get updates faster and at different times. I've found just keep track of unbranded and Odin them when u feel like upgrading. My phone was originally UAE...I just turned it into DDE (German) OK2 firmware. Runs great....ZERO bloat. It's awesome. I'm on TMO
France XEF gets fast updates trust me, and about bloadtwares it's good enough for me so is for u i hope, and no special boot logo only the original
cheers
I am unable to flash any firmware with odin without error, can you help?
Hello people.
This is definitely a very noob question, but I don't want to mess anything up. I've rooted and installed a custom rom on my S4 mini, but otherwise I have not much past experience.
The details of my S6 as it is currently are below:
Model number
SM-G920F
Android Version
5.1.1
Baseband version
G920FXXU3COI9
Kernel version
3.10.61-S6_UniKernel_v2-0003_rb

I'd like to install a Marshmellow stock S6 build on my S6, particularly, the UK Vodafone build as of 03-03-2016 on sammobile dot com.
I noticed that the PDA for the UK Vodafone 6.0.1 build on sammobile dot COM is G920FXXU3DPB8 and the CSC is G920FVFG3DPB8.
Will I be able to flash this ROM successfully without compromising any of the functionality of my phone and be able to use all functions? I am in South Africa.
What are the things that I need to be careful of when trying to install builds on my phone (to ensure full functionality)?
Thanks if you can help!
You can install any SM-G920F official ROMs to your device.
I prefer to use ROMs with SER CSC code.

Thanks for your reply!
Would my device still work correctly with my local carrier if I installed the UK Vodafone 6.0.1 ROM?

Of course.
I'd suggest flashing BTU or XEU for UK devices
Hi guys!
Im from Austria, and buyed me the s6 free and i got the DBT Version. After a Week I found the AUT updated on 6.0.1 and i installed it per Odin. Everything works fine and I got the Rom from Sammobile.
It's my first phone with a standard Rom. And know I got some problems. Some apps are frozen for a few seconds and all my Fotos are gone? It's really annoying ... I tried to wipe the cache in the bootloader but it still buggy.
So my question to you guys is should I install the origin DBT Version? Could it be better after this step? Or should I install a custom Rom ( I know that Knox is counted, but i need a smooth handy not a full bugy standard **** with garantie....)
Thx for the help guys
Cheers Mario
Hi there.
I´ve some trouble with my new J7 Pro.
I bought it in United Arab Emirates.
The version of this stock rom have some apps what it´s not working on my country (Portugal).
So what I did was, I´m going to the Updato.com to download the correct Rom for my country.
The problem comes now.
After flash that stock rom via Odin and boot for the first time the main language is from Magyar (it´s supposed to be Portuguese).
and after all the start configuration when it goes to the "homescreen" it appears with some apps from that country, useless on my country.
Can anyone help me?
What should I do?
One more time!!!!!
