Hi all welcome to a new series by me called TipTricks. It will basically be any tricks for a device i find hidden away in the internet that i will compile and gather togeather and make a post about it :highfive: ! This first one is for the MTK chip series. I tested this on a MTK6577 but it should work on any 4.0+ MTK phone. I spent a while discovering and testing these codes, if they help you make sure to hit that :good: button :fingers-crossed:.
1. Go to you phone dialer and type any of these codes;
Engineer mode
Huge list of developer options for testing touch,gps,wifi,display,etc.

Samsung Logo
"Registers" you phone and make the boot logo the original Samsung.

Testing Menu
Various testing options
*#*#4636#*#*
Language And Input
Language and Keyboard settings
*#*#97#*#*
Reset Sim
This was a SIM reset on the 77.

Google Talk Service Monitor
Complete monitor For Google Talk.

That's all i discover for now. If i find more i will sure to post it. NOTE* the Engineer mode is very good mode fore developers. Its shows lots of

I took a step more 'chew ... damn and I have marked the steps to restore ....
after some changes in a "mini Elephone p7" I can not send text messages to more 'sms'. Can you help me somehow ...
What can I do to put myself in a position to restore function.

Download "MTK Engineering Mode" from Play Store:

Nothing of above codes were working on Lenovo a7000
cannt access engineering mode ... "cannot find engineering mode app" this msg is shown ! what to do? how can i access my engineering mode or how can i install ?

what do you mean? the white dots appearing is what is suppose to happen when you check the show touches options
if you want them gone just uncheck it

does anyone know how to enable android default UI rather than using Vive UI on Leveno Vibe P1? I have enabled developer options, but don't see any option to do the switch system UI.

There's no such option. It's OEM specific thing.
Alternatively, you may register for XDA account to post and reply in the forum.

Hi dear developers I was using Lenovo K4 running Android Lolipop but now I am using Lenovo K4 note Marshmallow version but now I am facing a problem in my phone on WhatsApp I cannot record any Voice in WhatsApp and also I cannot make call on WhatsApp because the receiver did not hear any Voice from my side I am already take my permission settings in application settings and also give microphone access permission to WhatsApp but nothing changed what can I do please help me

Settings - Notification - Notification Area and then switch to Android instead of MIUI
Thanks for your response. But unfortunately it didn't solve the problem
Please if there is any other suggestions let me know
