Thanks for your reply!
I need the ROM with dutch language.
Version 1.54.401.2 is also good!
Or someone has the original recovery file for version 1.54.401.2?
Need this files and Rom for making my Chaha stock again.
Thankx in advance...
You could flash an older version (e.g. 1.33) and then OTA update to 1.54
Here is a link for an older version: http://www.shipped-roms.com/index.php?category=android&model=Chacha
This can help as well if you have custom recovery (since you can use RUU only if you have stock recovery). I did it this way and then updated over the air to the latest stock version.

Bro,
After I did flash the ROM Firmware Required: 16.0.B.2.16 but at the finish there was no automatic firmware support for APN which consequently can not access internet data.
Please advice and enlightenment. ".. !!?"

You mean to say that you flashed 16.0.B.2.16 and now there is no APN to run Internet on your device.
Call customer care of the company of which your SIM card belongs they will provide you the APN

I don't think you can still check sadly...
Maybe the boot.img doesn't change through the firmwares but i'm not sure about this...
I would suggest you to do a rollback to get to the stock firmware
But wait, maybe a more competent person will have a better solution for you.
By curiosity were on Android 6.0 or 7.0?

Android 7.0. Will doing a rollback wipe data?
Yes, doing a rollback will wipe all your data...
I guess your phone was up to date?

It was emui 5.0 and Android 7.0, so yes.

Didn't work :/
Sadly, I expected it a bit...
What you need to do is to find the latest firmware for your phone (supposingly your phone was up to date) and then extract the boot.img with HuaweiUpdateExtractor.
Otherwise you need to do a rollback and get back to stock firmware...
Also you can wait for someone with better acknowledge than me to help you.
Good luck!

Hi:
This is an old post, but just curious about the firmwares for frd-l14 at romfirmware.com. Is it a trustworthy site? Seems a little sketchy. Wanted to make sure before I download anything.
Thanks
