Back key light - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note5

Does anyone suffer from the back key sometimes not lighting up? The back key still works but wondered if it was a faulty light as it sometimes comes back on.
The menu key is the only back light that works 100%.

[Q] Back and Menu Button turning screen back on

Anyone else having a problem where pushing the power button to turn the screen off, and then pushing the back button (sometimes with the menu button at the same time) turns the screen back on even after 10 seconds? I'm running TNT Lite 3.1.1 with needing to run the calibration issue. Seemed to happen after that, but not sure, and it was in 3.0 as well. But I did notice that if it's sleeping for a certain amount of time (undetermined at the moment), it does not work the same way.

Power button issue.............

My power button is retarded legit. I'll press it to turn off the display and the display goes back on, I've already replaced the back panel. Without the back panel though it's fine... Anyone else having these issues?

[Q] Keyboard backlight permanently on?

My replacement HTC 7 Pro seems to have very poor battery life - dead by early evening even when hardly used. Then I noticed that the keyboard backlight doesn't turn off, even when I press the power button to force it into standby! It does go off if I do a full power down.
I can even see, by peering though the small gap in a dark room, that the keys are still lit up even when the phone is closed!
Before I send it in for yet another repair, can someone confirm this isn't supposed to happen?
Looks like you will need to send it back for repair. My 7 pro only lights the keyboard up when slid open or a key is pressed. It only stays on for about 10 seconds after the last key is pressed.

[Q] Bug or Defect?

I have encountered some strange issues with Galaxy R during the past few days. The first issue is when I plug in my headphones when the phone is idle (i.e. screen off) the menu key often fails to wake it up. Only the power button wakes it up. Sometimes, it wakes up but after a greater than normal delay This happens only when earbuds are inserted when screen is off.
Secondly, sometimes my touch screen and capacitive buttons loose their sensitivity for a couple of seconds (say about 10 seconds) and then come back to normal. The menu and power button works fine but the touch controls are lost.
Has any of you encountered the same? Please comment. Thank you!
Mine Galaxy R doesn't have any of this. I'm on 2.3.4 and you? I think its a defect. And where you wrote this:
The first issue is when I plug in my headphones when the phone is idle (i.e. screen off) the menu key often fails to wake it up. Only the power button wakes it up.
I think that is normal because you cant unlock the phone by using the back or menu button.

Screen sometimes not working

Hey,
When I try to unlock my phone with the power button, the capacity buttons light up and the screen also seems to light up but it is just black. The touchscreen is still working because I am able to restart the phone (by holding the power button and swiping down and then holding the power button).
The weird thing is that the phone just displays everything correctly if I power it on, but once I lock it, it all goes wrong.
Is there any way I can fix this problem? Thank you in advance!
