Seems like LeEco released it in USA for Le 3 and Pro 3. I could swear I saw an .apk somwhere on the internet, but my phone is still in shipping so I did not donwload it...

application drawer is under the theme settings of the phone. U can choose whether u want app drawer or not.

Dude Its honami launcher. Like the one that will be in the rumored i9 phone.
Over nova and holo I will say more decent looking. Stock look. Fast. And most of all it doesn't offer paid services

I'm using his and I have problem every time I reboot my phone few apps are gone from app drawer, so I need to force close the launcher and start it again to show them. So is this the same version or you modified it?

Modified. But in ics still facing some problems like Swype menu is not showing up properly. But everything else is working.

Actually it's not a theme, you can search for the wallpaper and use the icon pack to make it like that, as for the second and third, I'm just using minimalistic text and some widget I found on the google play store.

U can install normaly but make sure no other pixel launcher icons installed @ your system or data app..
Just copy to system app and cleae pixel launcher data.
It is not working for me. I installed it and i also installed it as a system.app also cleared the date of launcher it still not working
