If the hardware of that another phone exactly matches with your phone, then you can try flashing..
It MAY work..
I installed 4.4.2 with odin but it hasn't Turkish language.also ı couldn't root and ı can't still root.So I can't flash any rom with odin.
How can i downgrade this rom or can I install Turkish language

I don't know about installing another language, however your on a locked bootloader and can't downgrade. Have you tried King root or towelroot?
