Samsung Galaxy Young Duos S6312 Custom Rom

Hi there guys! The Galaxy Y Duos S6312 is relatively a new device & since it has already android jb 4.1.2 installed from stock... & a CWM is available in early stages we should have a new development thread for this device and maybe some custom roms on the way don't you think?

Yeah, there are hardly any custom ROMs available for our device.

Hey guys! Will CM 10.## work on our device?

Yeah...! I'm Dying For It...!!
There is no custom rom, no bug free full functional recovery, no twrp recovery, no cyanogen mod and the worst part is no developer is paying attention. No response...! I dont know why the he** on earth xda isn't opening a New Device Thread. We need to get attention from the developers.

serious issue on S6312. PLS HELP
I flashed a wrong recovery image from cwm for my s6312 device by mistake (instead of flashing a mod I flashed a recovery image meant for a different phone). even that recovery zip flash went successful so I didnt doubt thinking I am actually flashing a mod. now when I gave restart system option, my phone does not turn on. (I guess it is hard bricked)
there is no vibration showing it turned on, cant boot into recovery or download mode using the combo key. but when I connect it to odin, it shows com13 and detects my phone...
however when I add rom and click on start, it stops at setup connection stage, no progress...
any help will be very much appreciated pls... and one more thing will a usb jig work to get it to download mode so I flash via odin
pls help me I am in a desperate situation.... thanks you so much for answers,..

Well threre trying to build cm 10/11 for s6310. When ready itll be functional except dual sim.

2. Camera Shutter Sound Toggle
3. 4 Lockscreen Shortcuts
4. SMS-MMS Tweaks
5. Launcher Rotation
6. Lockscreen Rotation
7. AOSP Lockscreen (with Toggle)
8. Boot Animation
9. Battery Icon with Percentage
10. Home Button Lag Fix
11. Call and Message Block
12. Factory data reset password (Haven't tested this one yet)
13. Added Exit and Home button in default web browser
14. Folder view in messages
15. Wallpaper Scroll
16. Rearranged Toggles

Android Lolipop 5.1.1 Stable Custom ROM without any bug, for Lenovo A6000/PLUS

Hey guys, we have got fully working lolipop custom ROM for our Lenovo A6000/Plus
CREDIT goes to respective developers, so aint comment about that stuff.. I am sharing that work because here we can test the ROM, and continue with the development at XDA .
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Your device should be on stock lollipop update which we got recently, for that download the OTA ZIP file and place it on SD card, go to OTA Update>Options>Tool Kit> Specific Update> Select the file. (Official OTA.ZIP)
2.Install TWRP recovery using flashify, you can find the recovery image here or flash-able ZIP here here. Please google for any help.
3.Download Custom Lolipop 5.1.1 ROM from Here dev host
4.Google services(gapps)5.x.x from Here dev host
INSTALLING Custom ROM on Lenovo A6000/plus
1.Copy ROM and gapps to your sd card
2.Switch off your device
3.Reboot to TWRP recovery
4.Make full wipe(data,cache,dalvik,system)
5.Now install ROM and gapps
6.Reboot (as you know first boot will take time)

I tell you what!! This ROM works just fine. No bugs at all. I ran it for a couple of hours. No gliches so far....

So far so good... I advise all to try and feel it. This is what I waiting for since I cant downgrade to KK and flash CM11.

camera is too bad

This is Mokee rom for Lenovo a6000 plus.
Network issue is fixed and I experienced great call quality in this rom.
Rom itself is very smooth and stable. Battery backup is not as good as KitKat but still it's good.
Lollipop experience is awesome.

Working Fine ....no major bugs found so far

Do everything as instructed in the first post. Gapps should install without any problems.
If you are on lollipop.. Just boot the twrp recovery and install the rom from there.

Upgrade to official lollipop and then install the rom.

I seem to be having some problem. I have an a6000 plus.
I was on cm11 so i flashed the a6000 stock rom. then i flashed the s052 lollipop file and when i flashed both the rom and gapps my device is bootting into twrp instead of system. could someone help me out?

my experience so far : the rom is fast and stable and every thing seems to good for daily usage
* problems i encountered :
1- it says sim 1 is for emergency calls only but in realty its working fine and i can make / receive calls without a problem
2- gps can work for estimated location like country,city but it doesnt want to lock on sattalites for navigation
3-sd card doesn't want to read on my pc i tried using it as usb mass storage and mtp , and strangely using sd card reader too also the phone can read and write on it without a problem

in the end i highly recommend this rom instead of the garbage the lenovo gave us
OP please share the rom's developer site so we can know when new updates are rolling out , also it would be nice if you can share other roms

Hello guys i havent found post about that so idecided to start a new thread. So can you please recommend me release of Cyanogen mod for my C2015. Because the latest nightly is unable to install Open gapps/Google play. Thank you sry if that thread already exists

so here are the logs from gapps the problem is that when i boot the phone it says that google services stoped working an tons of this messeges and i cant use the phone. I tried the latest version of gapps , older ones and always the same result. Can someone help me please i am on the latest cyanogenmod.

Note: choose gapps wisely since your device storage is too low.

I suggest you try the Z5 STYLE Rom by linuxct
The most stable and smooth rom here
Alot of features and super battery friendly
But it seems that you like pure android roms so you may try CM13 Rom by kj77
Those are the best and stable roms for our device
All i want to say is there is no need for RR Roms
We have quite good roms here :fingers-crossed:

I tried the Z5 STYLE, CM13, CM14 and Omni Rom 7.0-7.1. I'm using a Lineage OS ROM that I've seen in another place. I wanted to switch to the Z5 STYLE from the CM14 rom. But after loading, the rom animated remains and I can not find the reason why the Rom does not open. I am very happy if you help in this matter. Also the RR rom looks very nice The CM14 rom system ui file can be very nice when compared to the GOOGLE PIXEL device. I am very happy to help you with the Z5 STYLE rum. Thank you. I apologize for any mistakes I made from Google.

You cannot dirty flash Z5 STYLE on any CM or Based CM ROM
Because Z5 Style is based on stock, generally its an (Optistock) Rom
To install Z5 rom you must start from scratch
1 Flash stock rom then upgrade your bootloader
2 root your device and install twrp recovery
3 download and flash Z5 rom
Linuxct explained every thing just search for his Z5 STYLE thread and follow the instructions
And happy flashing

So you can load me the stock rom and start the root process again. I understand now that the Eagle Experience Rom has made the same mistake. I do not have a computer. Can I still flash through the stock ROM TWRP?

As far as I know you cant flash Sony stock firmwares without PC
TWRP can flash ZIPs (Custom Roms) only
In the next time dont forget to make a NANDroid backup before making any change
Even smallest things can brick your device

if you want i have the latest 182 stock rom for sony m2 D2302 ready to be flashed in any recovery ( i recommend TWRP v 3.10 or the latest one of TWRP)

Try to use the Sony Apps enabler by @Zenith, use part of THIS on CM13, And, you can use THIS or THIS Settings, THIS port of Messaging app, and try make a theme like THIS.
Or try with THESE stock apps.

Or, try to talk with the dev that made Carbon Xperia UI from Xperia Z3, that, is a really good "Stock port" on LineageOS (Based in Carbon ROM, reallly).

7.1.2 based stock would be awesome for this device, since we have fully stable 7.1.2 roms

And then I tried to install Stratum OS, it also showed some error. After that I rebooted to system and it bootloops.

i dont know wich phone are u trying to use but on blu studio m hd and gionee p5w them both works without problems. I suggest you to please use twrp 3.0

It is Gionee P5W. It showed error that 'device or resource is busy' and installation ended with Error : 7
I was using twrp 3.0.2.
Now it is bootlooping and I don't know how to open recovery or fastboot:crying:

To open recovery all you have to do is to hold power + vol up and vol down while you turn device on !
i dont know what have u done but i tested and lot of people are using this rom without any problems.

If you still cant get into recovery you should use sp flash tools and flash the original rom on it.

From where can I download stock rom?
I did a clean wipe(All except SD) before installing RR and it showed me an error!

i dont know whats wrong with your phone you might have had something wrong....
Here on gionee p5w there are lots of links with roms and even the stock one.

I think the recovery is not able to mount the system partition while flashing.
Please look at the ss(TWRP log) I attached above in my post.

Im using it on mine and its working, dont know how to help you... ill take a look at fstab on recovery
