I am in need of the Nougat Framework-Res.apk and do not own the device or know anyone personally who does... Can someone please upload their apk if they are on Nougat for me? Thanks!

I think that one is for JB/KK rom and this one for Lollipop.
Can anyone upload for me the stock lollipop 5.1.1 Secsetting folder from the system, because I want to port it to s3 neo, btw. S3 Neo has got finnally real Touchwiz Lollipop, thanks to everyone who wants to help me!
