That doesn't work, i've tried a lot of font apps but nothing works.
When i go to the font settings it give an error.
The only font apps that seems to work are the ones on the Galaxy Apps Store

I've already tried it and it doesn't work (not in my gf s6 Edge+ and not in my S7 Edge).
Don't think it's possible without root. Fonts are system based.
Samaung doesn't support fonts anymore except flipfont fonts that you can download from playstore which are all paid.
Samaung does support fonts but you need to purchase them from galaxy app store.

You can download an app called Trend font (not on playstore find it apk) It installs fonts without root. Only downside is there aren't a lot of fonts available but it works so yeah.

No not at all i worked just fine. maybe try another apk? I don't even know why it's not on the playstore. I hope it works for you and sorry for the late reply
The problem occurred on the 1.0.5, with 1.0.3 everything works perfectly fine. Can you use your own font with this app though?

Glad you found a solution. I haven't really tried if i could use my own font that would be great

I recommend the Soho Gothic font btw it's great.

In Note 3, flipfont has changed their verification mechanism so that a home brewed apk flipfont can't be used. However, I've found an apk of Segoe WP font that really works with Note 3 and would like to share.
The apk does not require rooted device. It just works with the stock rom
It contains Normal and Bold faces of the font, and the font seems to be pulled from WP8.0 emulation img. The apk was made from HelveticaNeue apk and the icon is the same. But it works

I'm not sure if the following one is the correct one. You should extract the apk and check if it contains the correct font I remember tried to install to a Note 4 and failed so I deleted it on my computer.

Thanks for reuploading this; I had been looking for this for ages.. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on my Galaxy S6 either with stock nougat..:crying::crying:
However it seems like it's working on some of the devices with lollipop :laugh:
Came across this earlier today. I installed on PA 4.3 but it crashes when i make a call. Maybe someone else will have better than i have.

If you read the thread in the link it says that the dialer icon will disappear. There is a workaround in there as well. I presume making a shortcut on the homescreen . . .
I installed on Xdabebbs ROM and can't seem to get it working either...do I need to freeze the LG Dialer?
My phone icon didn't disappear. It is the same as first. The Google dialer doesn't show up in the apps folder

Works on my cloudystock. All you got to do is to do it manually by copying the app in your /system/priv-app directory. Set the permission to 644 (rw-r-r) and restart. Then you got to do like what 60nine said in previous post using nova launcher (don't know about other launchers though) to make it appear in your home screen.
The calling screen still uses the stock LG dialer so i guess you can't disable the stock dialer.

funny thing i did that the 1st time and it didnt work, tried it again and also cleared cache and dalvik and its working perfectly

1) Scroll down for Google Dialer app and click on it. Check the box and click on Show/Hide icon(s) button.
2) The icon of the google dialer will appear in stock launcher or 3rd party launchers and you can add shortcut to lockscreen too.

Help me out a bit here. I cannot find a font or xml folder. Do you need root access to get to them?
It is in assets folder as pic shows, this part can be done on pc or phone, no need 4 root, but u need root 2 make it apply, otherwise u will get not supported error

Try the playstore. That's where I've gotten some of my favorites. And they install automatically.

I've tried both apps and none of the fonts I download will work. I was using HiFont before the update and now the fonts I downloaded back then won't work either. I get the "font not supported" error. Any solutions out there?

Yep have noticed this too. Bit crap that after a decade we are still stuck with the same boring 4 fonts and can't add others without issue.

1- apply batman/olympic themes

3- when trial notification appearing just hold it so you go to themes setting. Try to find clear cache and clear data.

Just found a way to enjoy all themes with stock icon's, and no root needed!
A lot of themes are almost perfect and missing 1 thing, stock icon's!
All you need is this Galaxy care app.

1. Open the app and swipe 2 times to the left and select details.
2. Now select the themes ( all ending with appicon ) and delete them.

Also it doesn't matter uninstall app with Galaxy Care, any other uninstaller worked. I user apps menu in FX File Explorer.
