Xperia XA models? - Sony Xperia XA Questions & Answers

Hi,
I am about to buy this phone so I was wondering what is the difference between F3111, F3113 and F3115? Which one is better? I am from Europe (because I think that is main reason why there is 3 bands).
Reason why I am asking this is because I have Xperia E3 D2203. In Xperia E3 forum there is ROMs made just for D2203 model and rest of models are not supported. I understand difference between single SIM and dual SIM, it is normal to be different.

D6643 or D6633?

I'm looking at buying a Xperia z3 but I do not know which variant d6643 or d6633 choose (in Brazil only these are available) the resources of each tv or dual chip are useless to me and so I want to know which are likely to have more developers and sony support.
Looking in the forum I have seen more people with d6633 variant but without a good support and those which have d6643 are seeing to have kernel and rom's working in their devices just loosing digital tv.
D6633 is dual sim .
The d6643 I don't know. I think don't exist.

Yes it exists and has tv, but I just want to know which variant is easier to have developers support.

As far as my research has gone, D6643 is made for Brazil with all the LTE bands that D6633 has except D6633 has dual sim (as mentioned above.) As a matter of fact, of all the variants of the Z3 (aside from the D6616 which is tailor-made for T-Mobile's unique LTE bands and has all those T-Mobile apps pre-installed) LTE bands are the only differences. Support-wise the D6643 is only sold in Brazil so it may get less custom ROM's and stuff than the D6633 which is sold worldwide. It's your choice whether to get the single sim Z3 (D6643) or the dual sim (D6633.) Hope that helps!

Z3 D6603 to D6653 patcher?

Hello guys,
I own a D6653 Z3 model, however I wanted to flash the Moonbreakers edition Rom, which is D6603 based.
It works, but the difference between the two models is their network capabilities.
D6653 supports LTE Band 40 where as the D6603 doesn't. Is there any way I could patch the Rom for the LTE network..?

Differences of F3111 & F3115

Hey there folks! I just noticed that there are 3 variants of Single Sim Xa and 2 for Dual Sim. What are the differences of these? And can you install F3111's firmware on F3115?

Hi, If I'm right the difference is on the radio side, different bands for LTE WCDMA and others. Never tried to install different variant firmware, too dangerous.

Model number list and variations

(Meat and potatoes up front)
XA2 Ultra (Discovery):
H3212 I saw this number somewhere, but can't verify it, not on xperifirm
H3213 Single sim, (32GB per MegaSharkXDA) Europe
H3223 Single sim, 32 GB US/Canada/Mexico version
H4213 Dual sim, 32 GB Europe
H4233 Dual sim, 64 GB International
XA2 (Pioneer): (5.2") (I know this is the forum for the ultra, but if the phones have similar hardware this could be useful info)
H3113 Single sim ,32GB International
H3123 Single sim, 32 GB US/Canada Version
H3133 Single sim, 32GB Europe
H4113 Dual sim, 32GB Europe
H4133 Dual sim, 32 GB International
Per Sony, (https://developer.sony.com/develop/open-devices/get-started/supported-devices-and-functionality/) Xperia XA2 (H3113, H4113) and Xperia XA2 Ultra (H3213, H4213) have Sony AOSP support. The others Xperia XA2 (H3123, H3133, H4133) and Xperia XA2 Ultra (H3223, H4233, H3212?) do not seem to have Sony AOSP support.
As suggested, I used Xperifirm to confirm information. It does not seem to provide storage size (32/64 GB).
I wanted to try and start a list as it seems with all the different versions there might be questions especially with roms or such that are specifying specific versions. If there are any further outstanding differences (or missing numbers) to list I could try to keep this updated.
Few more models found here

H3123 is definitely the single sim 5.2" US version. You can find all the different model numbers in Xperifirm.
Sony xa2 ultra H3223 also comes 64gb.

Can anyone get a confirmation on the frequencies the dual sim models support?
Can someone post the ro.build.fingerprint of the H4213 please? I forgot to take note of it before unlocking the bootloader :-/

There is NOT one. Only single SIM variants in USA and Canada
Do you know whether there's a Chinese Z4 version like for Z3 (without "Play")? Z3 for US market is only Single SIM, but Chinese version is Dual SIM (with even more RAM). Maybe, it's the same with Z4...?
I've checked but there doesn't appear to be a Chinese version
