I am trying to remember the name of an app, for rooted devices. It's supposed to make your phone easier on your eyes, when using at night time.
Thanks.
Good day.
I know this app, don't know if it is what you are searching for.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.ne.hardyinfinity.bluelightfilter.free
Nougat has it's own built in.
Thanks. I don't think this is the one I'm looking for, though. Something tells me that the name of the app, begins with an F.
Edit: I just figured it out. The name of the app is F.flux.

hi there well i work every night at 12am til whenever as a part time job while i continue my education during the day. well this company is known to mess up your hours. i know i can easily write them down in the notes or the calendar but i never know when my job is done so i gotta always write down something differet and i wanted to see if theres an app or if someone can create an app where its like a calandar type of app but with an 8th row after the Saturday (or sunday. whichever way they wanna end the week) that is like a total row that automatically adds up how many hours you work that week so you have quick and instant access to your hours in case you need to access them quickly. so is there an app like that or can someone pretty please make such an app? a widget doesnt have to be necessary but it could like make it sweeter

I just looked up "timesheet" in the market and myTimeSheet and Time Recording - Timesheet both look pretty good. I (obviously) can't vouch for either of them, but there were 22 results just for timesheet.
i use timeclock by spotlight six, it was a buck or two i think but its pretty slick and worth it, you can email full time logs in csv format, set up clients, set up locations, manual data and time edits
If you like i can write you up a quick one in the app inventor i'd love a reason to test it out more pm me if you would be intrested i can certainly talor it to your liking if you cant find one in the market to suit your needs.
I've been using Time Recording from the market for a month and I love it! It let me enter my pay rate per hour so I know how much I make before taxes and it calculates the hours per day, week, and month I work. Try it.

Hi. I am looking for a tool or an app that can freeze the time count on a specific app. or trick the app to think it is a different date or time than it really is.
I have been searching for the past 2 days and cant find anything like that for android. only for windows.
Thanks
//maffz
edit* I was thinking maybe remove the apps permisson to read time and date?
I am looking for a cheap, preferably free, app to spy on my wife. I saw her doing something the other day and want to know what she was looking at while she was doing it. At this point I would be happy with a remote screen shot that emails a coupel times a day or something like that. I know she uses go sms for texting and that she uses facebook chat, saw her sliding something around on the phone and she said it was the new facebook chat. I don't use facebook because of somethings that have happened in the past. I canhave no idea what else she uses it's "none of my business" what she does on her phone. The ap must be hidden, the way I will be able to install it is her phone is rooted and keeps promting for an update, so I can install something while I'm doing the update, but nothing very extensive at all to set it up. I want screen shots becuse I don't know if she is video chating, or looking at stuff on the internet or what, so the safest way the find out is screenshots, like every minute or five. Key logger might come in handy too. I appretiate any help you give.

Did you ever find anything??? I’m looking for something similar
Just realized this is probably not going to work completely as my biggest issue was vibrate mode not being set properly...
Will work on solutions tomorrow
This is going to be a very rough draft of what I got here.
Long story short, Silent mode doesn't work on Lollipop and beyond, Thanks Google
Therefore Llama is borked.
Simple fix will try to make better later (I am no programmer for sure), for now this is my simple solution.
I know this doesn't allow you to quickly change phone to silent but it does allow you to at least let Llama do it for you.
Also I've only tested this on Lollipop, Time willing I'm going to attempt to get this working on Marshmallow tomorrow or later this week.
3 simple apps made in Tasker that implement the new Do Not Disturb Mode, that can be run in Llama.
To get working:
1. Install desired Apps
2. Grant Notification Access
3. Add a new action to llama
4. Select Run Application
5. Select 1 of the 3 attached apps depending on what you want to happen.
Will post pics later but I think it's pretty self explanatory if you use Llama
Future plans:
1 app where you can call the activities of the app instead of running an actual app.
A button that opens Notification access so you can enable the app.

This is working for me on stock LG lollipop 5.1.1. I will test and see if I notice any excess battery drain due to the notification listener service. Thanks for helping fix Google's mess up.
If you want I can play around with this some more but I finally gave up on Llama
Llama is dead Hasn't been updated 11/21/2014 So I've switched over to Tasker utilizing wifi
I'm thinking of trying to figure out how to make my own app that can possibly launch tasker tasks but using a similar cell tower scanning/saving system as llama but right now I don't have the time or know how.
Ok I've played and I think I figured it out!
If you select run app shortcut in lama, you can run tasker tasks from there!
I might be bringing llama back!

I've been thinking if switching to tasker but have been using llama for years and everything is see up. I know you can run intents and locale plugins. Don't know if there is a way to use those features. So far your apks are work well for me. I think I have everything set up right. Thanks again.
I know what you mean

Hey man, please bring Llama back. This is the best profile app i've ever seen: fast to set, easy to config, no-battery draining and very useful.

Hey dude, thanks for yours good will, but i wrote that hoping that somebody would continue the development for this app or similar for the whole community. Unfortunately i don't have skills to do this, but just looking how many times Llama was downloaded from Google Play you can see this is an incredible app everybody likes. It is useful and easy to setup... I am very sad since it don't work properly in newer android versions. :crying: Already sent e-mails to Kebab Apps but no answer, this is a great lose for everybody since this app was unique.
So far I've only installed Android studio
I've written alot in Java but never touched Android code. We'll see if I can figure it out. Don't have alot of spare time on my hands so we'll see what I can do.
Full disclosure: I dont normally do forums so sorry if I do this wrong.
I purchased a Bluetooth Purification Mask named Atmoblue.
It originated in China. Ive had it for a few months now and it has bluetooth and there is an app for it but it looks like its taking forever for it to be moved over to English.
My question is how hard would it be for a person (or me, with no experience at all) to pull the basic functions out of the app?
For example I want to bypass the wechat login (cause, no) and basically get the pairing function up and running along with the fan speed and some of the auto features in the app and create a basic app til they release the full thing.
If any of you also want to try I can send you the link to the apk. Or if you would do it and require payment at completion how much would that cost?
In case you need to see the device just google Atmoblue.
Thanks again everyone.

There is pretty much a 99.9% chance that you won't find anyone to do this for you. The best you can hope for is someone might give you some links to guides showing how to decompile and edit apk files. What you would modify in the apk file to achieve your purposes would require you doing your own research to figure it out. You can ask further questions along the way about the things that you don't understand, but there are no guarantees that you will get any useful answers.
In other words, be prepared to dig in and do the work yourself, if you really want to accomplish this feat. If not, get used to dealing with the app the way it is.

Yea, i started researching the day I posted this. I've been reading and reading and reading. Ive gotten to the point where I now have access to the battery percentage. Currently, trying to figure out the characteristics in the device itself and the values needed to change each of the modes. Also, it looks like the app from the company is pretty much useless to try to use. Based on the code (from what I can understand after 2 days of research and starting off with 0 coding knowledge) the app has to use wechat to basically be able to access a server and then the server sends it back to the phone then the device. Meaning I can't just look in the code for what values I need, unless I was able to actually sign into wechat and record the log. Which I can't do since I don't have access to wechat.
So now I'm currently looking up how to write code in the programs I've found to write it and create a ui. Ive at least figured out uuids and figured out how to call up the battery percentage now. Only like 3 more settings to go! Wish me luck lol
