I need serious help with this please.
Just recently this year, my girlfriend got a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Plus (2017?) from her father, it was bought from Saudi Arabia and sent here to the Philippines. Its network was region locked to Saudi Arabia and we had it unlocked at a local technician due to Samsung not having many service centers nearby here in the Philippines.
It worked fine for a while until a days or so when this error came up whenever opening the pre-installed Samsung Apps (Folder Lock, Knox, etc.), the error saying "Cannot open app because an unauthorized software has been installed." We're not sure if the technician rooted the device or not and we're not sure if it was caused by some other app she installed or something. How can this be fixed?

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Pocket Mobistar pack in Belgium. I have none SIMLOCKS so my phone is completly unlocked for simcards.
But i have an other problem. There were some programs installed on the phone which are linked to Mobistar while i am not a Mobistar user i can't use any of these programs. So i wanted to uninstall those programs which i could not do. So i installed Android 2.3.6 for my Samsung Galaxy Pocket called S5300_XEN_1_20120629152607_q8beottx8t which i downloaded from CHECK FUS DOWNLOADER 2.1 for my region Belgium so i took Netherlands.
When i connect my phone to KIES then i get the message that my phone doesn't support software upgrade with KIES! :crying:
And my firmware is called S5300XXFL5/S5300OXXFL5/S5300XXFL5/S5300XXFL5 (MST):crying:. Which i think (MST) refers to Mobistar because it was a Mobistar Pack.
So know i want to know what i have to do to get rid of (MST) in the firmware so that i can get support again from KIES for software upgrades through KIES.
SO WHAT I HAVE TO DO OR HOW CAN I DEBRAND NAME FROM MY SAMSUNG GALAXY POCKET?

How to debrand name of Samsung Galaxy Pocket GT-S5300
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5300 and i need to be able to debrand name(Mobistar) from my samsung galaxy S5300.
I have installed already firmware with Odin and everything worked perfectly but i get always to read in KIES at firmware: S5300XXLF5/S5300OXXLF5/S5300XXLF5/S5300XXLF5 (MST) and MST stand for brand name of the provider and i can't get rid of it with installation of new firmware.
So i really need help to tell me HOW I CAN DEBRAND NAME FROM MY SAMSUNG GALAXY S5300(POCKET)?
Please can anyobody help me with this problem?

Why is the option to connect to wcdma only not present in the new custom rom mak-droid rom? It is replaced with an option to "Connect to 2-G networks only" which is very slow? Can the developers fix this?

I bought Samsung galaxy note SHV E160L U+LTE from korea six months before and Now i am using in india.The phone was working fine except sms problem..Last week suddenly My phone was hanged and I removed the Battery and Restart it,At that time onwards my phone not booting and it automatically restarts..I gave in local service shop but they cant rectify due to software version not availale here.So kindly suggest me how can i rectify it..In local service shop the mobile had software problem..

Download Korean firmware for galaxy note from www.sammobile.com ( you need to register in the site )
And install using Odin from your pc

Nine month ago I received an Samsung SHV-E330L Galaxy S4 bought from South Corea! Everything worked OK since I updated (using Kies) the operating system from Android 4.3 to Kit Kat! After the update the data service - connection to Internet was lost! I sent the phone to local Samsung service department here in Romania and they returned it to me saying that I have to change the mother board! They could not give me any pertinent answer/explanation about this problem! I get in touch with Vodafone provider and they said the problem is with the phone!
Everytime I start the phone I receive this message; "Data services not supported (Error code; 7)
Please help me!

Hmm ... local Samsung Service Center and your Mobile Provider said that it's the phone/hardware, but you don't trust them ...

Please read about possible issues and solutions. You may post your question there ... but I regret that if the Service Center identified the mother board as defect, the probability that they are wrong and you can fix the issue with flashing back a previous stock firmware version is very low.
