hi guys, im installing a pixel launcher, but if im open the app dock , why my date and battery stat cant change the color to the grey ( still white ) . how to fix this?? thanks before

Hey I noticed that my navigation bar makes black istself after some time when I'll instal a cusom rom ( no matter which rom I'll instal) but I noticed that when I'll set live walloaoer this problem doesn't exist. Can somebody tell mi why? It's very annoying for me!
