I got the update for Info-eye 1.8.12. Then I disabled the app, which removed the update. Now when I re-enabled the app again, phone says that everything is updated. Settings->About phone->Software update->Refresh says that Info-eye updated but version is still the old one. What's New also doesn't help. Tried clearing Google framework cache but didn't help. Is there anyway I can force an app to update?
Thanks!
Ok found the solution - clear data on the following apps (Settings->Apps->ALL tab) Software update, Update service, and What's new. Then perform Settings->About phone-> Software update.
Good morning,
I just bought Moto G 2015 and i update throught OTA imeediately to Marshmallow.
But I have a problem with playstore, it doesn't detect the update of various apps system (gmail, photos, calendar, motorola camera).
If I look for them individualy on the store I can see that there's an update available so I have to update it manually but there's no "Update all".
Thank you
Now on Oreo, of the couples of apps I sideloaded, when prompted for new updates, it would download the update, but the point it's supposed to install the update, it would abort and go back to the main Android TV launcher menu. Is there anything in the Settings I need to update to allow for sideloaded apps to update? Thank you!
My Honor v8 is rooted. Current version is KNT-AL20C00B391, and there's a new version KNT-AL20C00B397. It seems that the official system update package is not supported by TWRP recovery. But it will notify me to update the system every day.
1. How can I stop the system update notify?
2. Can I modify the system version to cheat the system, if I can't stop the notify.
3. Is there any recovery that can support the official system update package.
4. Can I update the system manually? I want to unzip the update package and replace files. But I don't want to reinstall, my data will lost.
Please tell me a way to stop the notify. Thank you!

Will the data be lost, if I unroot and update? And now I know that the notification is limited to 30 times, so I don't want to update.
What I did was use titanium backup to freeze the native update app.
My J3300 is not getting any system update. When i try to check for updates manually it does nothing and i also checked that the system update app is missing from application manager. What should I do to get updates?
