No, H60-L04 is Honor 6, not Honor 6+
There is rom for PE-TL10 which is Honor 6+, but i cannot find any information is rom for all subversions or just for TL10 subversion.

I own the same model PE-UL00 , Honor 6+ , which is the chinese version . I would like to convert it to international variant , if possible , does any one know the procedure , if there is any ?

My Device, Huawei Honor 4C ( CHM-U01) Using HiSilicon Kirin 620 And This Chipset Supports 4G/LTE But I Can Only Use 3G/HSDPA Network , Is It Possible To Enbale It On My Phone?
While another Phone (Huawei P8 Lite) with the same chipset supports 4G network!

Can I use Honor 4C ROMs on a Huawei G Play Mini?

I know the specs are the same but I'm not sure if I can flash ROMs from the 4C on a G Play Mini?

It is possible ,without problems. You must have unlocked bootloader and straight arms.

you can, since i do the same but with Normal G play and Honor 4x (i install Honor 4x roms on my G play)

Huawei use in their phones HiSilicon Kirin CPU.
Port is only possible when base rom device has same CPU as mi5s+ ( mi5s+ has snapdragon 821 )

Hi,
Not entirely true.
Some phones uses Kirin.
Others do you Snapdragons SoC.
But I think MIUI and EMUI are close : they both want to mimic iOS.
I don't see the point in porting eMUI when you already have MIUI

Just there build number is different due to various regions.
