Hello friends. I am new in galaxy s7 . But I come from the galaxy s6, and have some experience. I wore Xtrestolite in S6. This ROM had many Csc features. Some of them could bear to S7. But I'm having problems with Smart manager dual screen and AppLock. Someone has AppLock running ?! Can help with this ??? Tnx.

The thing is, the S7 never came with Android 5.0 (Lollipop) unless of course you have one of those China Class A copies of the S7

I contacted Samsung today and they confirmed me that s7 will get new user interface just like S8.

You're welcome. I also asked them few days ago will S7 get 7 1.1 Nougat and they told me: "YES. BUT WE ARE NOT SURE WHEN". I hope that they will bring it with 7.1.1. Also they didn't say with what version will S7 get new UI. If I find out I will let you know.

Google is set to release the next iteration of its Android OS Android O on 21 August which is the day of the US total solar eclipse. Good news for s7 users. But android O is really worst than android N reported by some forums due to less root capabilites and different system structure.

Yes. I am tired of flashing s8 ports, aosp roms etc. They should release it for s7.
hey guys i was wondering will samsung bring over the features on the S9 to the S8
E.g ARemoji Intelligent Scan basically cause looking in the past they did the same with the S7 they brought over bixby to the S7 and S7 Edge so i am curious will samsung bring the S9 Features to the S8 & S8 Plus

Hello,
Been reading the ROM forums for the past two days and i can't decide myself on which ROM would fit best my cousin's Galaxy J7 2016 (SM-J710FN) daily driver.
She would love to have dark mode along with Android 9 stock emojis. Edge Lighting Notifications would be a nice bonus too.
Which custom ROM would you guys suggest ? Possibly one running Android 9 and that is kind of stable for the most parts, i understand there is no perfect Pie port.
