rom: a5 2017 v3 for J7

i intalled the a5 2017 v3 rom for j7 and i found that it doesnot have option to restrict background data.. Is there any way i ca get that option back which was available in previous rom v2 without using any thirdparty apps???

Currently On black bird Os based on Pie .
