Any Way to Auto Hide the Navigation Bar? - Honor 6X Questions & Answers

Anybody know of a way, root or otherwise, to auto hide the navigation bar to increase the screen real estate on the Honor 6x? I tried a couple apps on the play store but those are hit and miss. Sometime the keyboard won't work when using them, etc. Thanks!

enable this in navigation bar and you will get a drop down kinda option in navigation bar click to hide-

I don't have that option

L21 No Option

With root, it's just a build.prop modification to get that toggle on any model/firmware [emoji3]

Hi guys, when i updated to 5.1.1 the search bar in the recent apps menu vanished. Did they make it optional, did they remove it or is it a bug? Thank you for your help

I only found you can enable it through Xposed module. It seems to be a feature that it's gone.

No more app quickmenu on TouchWiz

Hi everyone,
I am using the latest version of TouchWiz updated through Google Play Store and I am on the latest firmware update but I don't know how to make the quick menu to show up after a long click on top of the app icon. HomeScreen easy mode is Off... i dont even have the option to delete apps from home screen while dragging the app.
What I should do? It was working before...

@TiGuy82,
In Settings/Developer options, enable "Animator duration scale". Set to 0.5X or higher.

these kind of mods can only be done by modding the system framework if the rom which I will not do or using a xposed module

I think the update might be coming sooner than later as in the DP3 for Android P the network speed sticks to the status bar.
Hopefully it will be rolled out in the next few updates.
Fingers crossed.
Cheers!!!

Working Screen Calling [GLOBALLY]

I was able to enable screen calling by modifying /data/data/com.google.android.dialler/dialer_phenotype_flags.xml
mine is attached working in Australia
just copy over to the location and overwrite the original file (remove "WORKING-" from the file)
Doesn't do nothing for me in UK but I am on AOSIP

could be the ROM
ive done it on two pixel 3s in australia and it works perfectly!
i knew it was just a simple edit in a file somewhere - hope it helps more people
you can do it manually by changing anything in the file to TRUE that has "speakeasy" or "speak_easy"
make sure you force stop phone apk and go to settings and enable the option to screen call
Not working for me in Canada.

Any luck in Italy?
Works for me in the UK. With regards to it working on custom ROMs it will work as it's more dialer related than ROM related
