I don't have reboots. Roote, with Locked bootloader.
How did you get reboot? What you did/install on your phone? Try doing factory reset of repair with Pc companion.
Good Luck.

I've tried Pc companion and a factory reset through the phone but it still keeps cutting out and rebooting when ever the screen goes off, its only 2 month old. only normal apps from the play store have been installed not any from the internet downloaded.
Thanks

Try to take logcat to see what is the problem. Download Android sdk tools, in tools folder you'll find monitor.bat, there you have logcat option.
If you have warranty just take it to Service.
Good Luck.

Finally i got it solved. Only when i made
the 3ยช hard reset but this time with the
"backup data" settings turned off and
the "Automatic restore"turned off in the
same settings, it worked. I think some
aplication update was causing the
problem and it is happening in a lot of
M2 devices. It is a shame that we can't
downgrade the apps frm the store.
Which app was it then?, I use both those functions just fine so can't be using it.
i have the same problem just it won't give me the factory mode
what should i do?
Hi guys recently my Xperia z3 updated to 5. 1. 1 lollipop and rebooted it said install applications for firmware then stopped at like 87/144 and eventually the battery drained out and the phone won't charge at all sent it to Sony and they said they can't fix it any one has any idea how I can do it my self
Appreciate any help possible fixing this phone paid alot of money and I'm disappointed Sony won't fix it
Try if you can get it into flashmode.
Hold the vol down and connect it to your PC while holding it.
It should start into flash mode (blue LED if I remember correctly) and in the PC's device manager a new device should pop up.
If it works you can easily reflash a official ftf with Flash Tool.

I have the device Sony Xperia C3 Dual.
The device is updated long back but restarting by itself.
The device restarts and pops up - Android is starting with opening apps.
Again at times it will restart by itself.
I gave a try to repair using SONY XperiaCompanion but this said the repair is failing. Tried many times but did not worked.
Please help me to retain my device.
I'm a newbie. First time, I've repaired my smartphone firmware with Xperia Companion. After game lagging, I've got bootloop. Next time after Xperia Companion firmware restoring, this game is lagged again, and I've got bootloop and restored firmware with Xperia Companion again. And today I used Ultra Stamina Mode, and after exiting this mode I've got bootloop again. I think Xperia Companion can't fix source of the problem, and I'm getting bootloops again and again. I think the problem was not game related. How can I fix this problem if Xperia Companion can't fix that?
upd: firmware is official and I've used only Xperia Companion always
