I've looked all over XDA and the internet and got some solutions and didn't really work so I've decided instead of trying to fix my problems, I should understand it first.
Any idea what is happening here and why?

Set location mode to Device only in Android settings.
Why is it happening? The device keeps waking up to refresh it's location.
Really? Wow. Thanks for the info. I'll try it out and see what happens

Yeah it's due to location. Turn location off until you need it.

That means security software, i.e., recovering lost device will never work....

Well you have 2 options. Live with the battery drain or turn off location. Unless Google foxes it in a future android update that is the only way. Also I think Googles device manager will turn on location automatically as long as it is connected to Internet.

Hi, today I've used towelroot to root the nexus 5, everything seems to be fine, but the Play Store has this problem...
I tried to delete cache and app data, but it doesn't work...
What can I do?

are you connected to google servers or not?(white vs colored signal bars)
I have the feature of coloured signal bars of Gravity Box, I have to disable the feature?

no, different bars. when you pull down on your notification bars, the signal there. if white, then connected to googles servers, if colored then not connected. and using xposed could create issues in itself, undocumented issues.
Mmm... It's orange too, so I think it isn't connected..
How it's possible? And what can I do?

if its orange, then its not connected. first off, just try rebooting. if still its not working, uninstall the xposed completely and try again.
I have to uninstall the modules too?

yea. unfortunately, xposed brings so many undocumented issues into the mix that im going to need it completely uninstalled to help with your issue. i mean whats the point of trying to figure the issue out if you keep installed the one thing that can create these issues?
Nothing is changed after uninstalling and rebooting...

ok, now im trying to figure out why you arent connecting to googles services.. has this been like this for a while, or only started today? if it only started today, it can happen occasionally. id give it a day or less to see if it connects, i guess the issue could be google side as well.
Yes, it's happened today after configured Gravity Box...
However, I've read some topic on the web saying that it could be a root problem, even if I have never heard about this...
Mmm... I'll wait until tomorrow...
Thank you for the help, I'll keep you informed

all "root" does is give you permission to change system files, thats all. only way it can be a "root issue is if you went and changed system files(which i doubt). so if it happened after configuring gravity box, chances are that its related to it. again, xposed comes with many many undocumented issues.
Understood, hope it will work

Usually how much time is needed to reconnect to Google's servers?

It does.
It's there, it updates regularly but can't be enabled... At least for phones for Europe. Instead app-vault I have Google discover

I do not use stock ROM anymore, but I know Vault app was there (like someone said before, I saw it being updated). About how to enable it.....I have no idea, because I never used it
Is app vault equivalent to app lock? In settings app lock you could lock app up to 5 apps can be locked and unlock using fingerprints, face or password...
If by app vault you mean to be able hide apps and view them with fingerprint, then in the stock poco launcher, quick double swipe from left to right in the app drawer will open it.
