Instructions:
Download zip and please use the TWRP recovery from this thread.
Do simple wipe (Factory reset) by using TWRP recovery.
Don't do advance wipe
Then flash the LineageOS zip file.
Go back and select opengapps zip and flash it.(Optional)
Then go to wipe and do factory reset.
Reboot and enjoy.

Steps to install Xposed
0.First of all wipe data, cache, dalvik cache and system using twrp recovery(version 3.0.2 recommended)
1.Flash LineageOS zip file.(Do not flash gapps for now) and do a factory reset
2.Reboot to system and Install xposed apk file then in it's settings disable resource hook
3.Reboot to recovery and install xposed.zip file
4.Don't wipe anything just reboot and wait for less then 30mins.
5.Now enable resource hook and install gapps if you want.

How about the STOCK root capabilities of Lineage? Did you bake that inside the ROM? Or is there a flashable zip for that? For I heard that the team behind Lineage will not bake the root capabilities into the ROM.

Bug's should be the primary concern before moving on to a new rom .... I know someone who might help you out..... The main issues lies in the making of kernel..... Is this kernel made from the official kernel sources ?

Yes bro I also think almost broblems are with the kernel cpu governor not changing and unstable RAM management .
Flashing Opengaps is optional in Lineage OS.Why?

Have you try to wipe cache/dalvik cache after installing xposed? If not do it it may help you.

How to install?
1. Having ClockWorkMod 6.0.5.1 (also with TWRP can be installed)
2. Download ROM and gapps and put them on the SD
3. Enter Recovery Mode: Volume Up + Home + Power
3. Format / system & format / data (not required if installed over a previous build)
4. Wipe Data, & Dalvik Wipe Cache-Cache (only if the previous ROM is not the same version of CM)
5. Install from SD card, and seek the ROM.
6. Mount / system and install gapps
7. Accept, and will CM12.1 Android 5.1.1! enjoy

Yes. You should update your kernel. If kernel panick still occurs, you should re flash your stock rom with .pit and bootloader.

The latest build includes the updated kernel, including latest selinux patch. Try it and observe the phone if it still get an kernel panic.
i formatted-flashed the new rom-restored data (only) in TWRP: the kernel is in system right? so i didnt touch it
and i just had another kernel panic :/

Can you send the kernel panic log here? So we can review the logs here. To collect kernel logs, use this command in either adb or terminal and paste it here.

Well, I will have to disappoint you on that. The rom is smooth and snappy BUT it is by no means as smooth and fast as the Google Pixel. Ofcourse, you can try it and report because your experience may be different

Dirty Flashed the rom on resurrection remix and working very well so far. I just have an issue with the root. I've tried to switch it on and I'd multiple times from Dev options but it doesn't work. Should i flash supersu for root?

Me too, when the setup pass through the "Just a sec.." screen it stops working.
How to workaround??
Solved, I've just remove the setup wizard from /system/priv-app by using twrp's file manager.
I will test it today and report back. Need to test whether VoLTE works or not though.

I am going to try this with OpenGapps as with the given one I can't able to add google account and more over there is no Google play services at all and I have to manually download from the apkmirror and even after doing that It keeps crashing. For me it works just fine. Try flashing root again, whether it's lineage root or supersu

It is based on purely stock Lineage OS, not with extra commits.
OpenGapps will delete some apps and thus the ROM will have many issues eg no launcher or some apps may miss.
Try flashing the ROM and the Gapps (that I gave) without booting and of course wipe everything again
-BE AWARE-
Flash the given Gapps without booting the system. Let me be more specific. Do not boot the ROM before flashing the given Gapps, otherwise you will have many issues.
Also OpenGapps will delete Pixel Launcher and thus you won't be able to use the ROM

Go to settings - apps - click on gear icon - click on 'Phone app' and select Phone.
This helped in my case.
Here is the Second ROM with AROMA INSTALLER (First is my Viper ROM AFAIK)
Installation Instructions :
1. Download ROM and Copy it to your SD card or Internal Storage (Links in 2nd Post)
2. Reboot to Custom Recovery (Try RedWolf )
3. Take Backup of Existing ROM then Wipe System, Data, Cache & Dalvik.
4. Click Install Button and Select the Downloaded ZIP. Then swipe to start flashing.
5. Now the AROMA Installer will start. And Show you the Introduction Page.
6. Click Next, then 'Tick' the check box "I Agree with This...", then again click next.
7. Select The Configurations which you want to install. Like the Root Method and etc...
8. If you selected MicroG to install... You have no need to install gapps. Else Install GApps (ARM64 -> 7.1 -> Choose anyone pico or aroma)
9. Click Next and Start Installation.
9. Reboot

Yeah Aroma Installers won't work in Old TWRP Versions.... It needs latest TWRP. Btw, I tested with RedWolf and its working perfectly fine. But, 2GB Users Can't use RedWolf...

Every ICS and KK custom rom on this phone have this bug....
Theme engine is running on background so i just remove it and deleting the option on settings.

Yeah. I just forget about that.
Then, how can i find theme engine that you have been deleted?? I was try application named “theme chooser” but nothing happend. I would try to replace “setting.apk” from old cm9 beta 4 by bieltv, can i do that??
Then i try some xposed module are not work.
I think because ics not work perffectly on xposed framework.
After installing much applications, i should make it installed on sd card. When this phone going low storage, it will slow down.

Extract it and place it on /system/app
2. Use this for low storage problem

I cant find afaneh cm9 rom. Where i can get it?
Only got good LOS 9 from him. That rom is aosp.

Just open afaneh92 los9 download link, the cm9 zip is still exist on the folder.
By the way, cm9 is aosp too you know...

Still can enter to download mode right?
1.download firmware for your model and country and flash with odin
2.let it boot up
3.follow afaneh92 recovery installation
4.install Cm9/11 based rom and gapps (optional)
5. Youre good to go...

Maintainers should take just 1 rom and work on it , not 2 or 3 .... IMO

I would love to try this rom, but do not know how the situation is, we do not know if it is stable or what bugs it contains. When this information is available, I'll try it. Please don't let this project die, Icecold is the most spectacular Rom I know! Thank you!

I agree with you, I don't understand why we have so many roms....they are all similar, just the battery life and some customization thing are different because of the tweaks that are implemented in the OS....
