soft-bricked, Odin wont connect. USB works (rooted others after) "been over 3 weeks''
Hello , so im new to actually posted on these but ive turned the internet upside down trying to find a way. I have tried every thing I can think of except actually going to verizon. I have tried many different drivers. Different programs that connect via usb.
I even found a post that had me download a Verizon repair and update program that is made to do this very act. I was foolish and broke the bootloader by not know how to do it properly my first time . If anyone can Help please do . I have a few different ways of contacting if need be . Its been almost a month and still i got nothing . I recently rooted my g900v s5 and no issues beside locked boot and bootloops . I cant figure out why my computer wont read it. It comes up as just a error usb . it charges and goes into odin mode but cant read at all .

Today I'm totally stressed because since two days, I cannot start my Google Nexus S.
I expose to you my problem :
I had a completely normal Nexus S in which I didn't installed anything wrong, only apps from the android market.
Three days ago my phone rebooted then it get lock on the google logo.
To repair it, I had a look in forums and I find the Odin method.
So I decided to use it and my phone got started normally (I just had a weird problem : I couldn't install several applications from the Android Market which I had before because it was saud "not compatible")
The day after, my Nexus S rebooted once again and then it was locked on the google screen with an open padlock under it
Since that, I think I have attempted everything to reboot it normally
I've tried once again the Odin method but it didn't work
I have installed the clockworkmod recovery but i don't know why I can't access my sd card so i cant install .zip files.
My PC recognize my phone in fastboot mode
My phone is from UK so its a I9020
Now I don't know what to do and I hope somebody will be able to help me and get out of this nightmare

If you were completely stock and did nothing "wrong" (root, flash roms, etc) then you should go back to the store you got it from and they should give you a replacement. That would be my course of action
Have you tried to mount your usb storage via recovery? Then copying a stock rom on there.
Tried to look for missing usb drivers in the hardware manager part of your pc?
I'm not familiar wit return policies in your country, but if everything else fails you can always try to return the phone if it was bought only recently.

The problem is that I've bought my phone in England and I live in France the models of Nexus S sold in those country are'nt the same and I don't know what they are going to give me if I give them

You're missing the usb driver prolly. Try updating/reinstalling it.
Hey xda'ers, after searching for hours and hours on this forum site I came to the conclusion that there is no awnser to my problem. So this is my final resort.
(BTW I'm sorry if somebody else posted this problem, let me know and I will immidiatly delete this tread).
Okay lets go to the problem.
A little over a year ago I got my LG 3D P920 and it worked just fine. It had trouble qith multiple finger on the touchscreen so I decided to root it and make it a little more personal. The rooting went smooth and flawless. I decided that I did not want to change ROM cause of the danger of getting bricked. Unfortunatly a few months later I put a new ROM on it. Cyanogenmod 10 stable version. I was kind of a newbie, and didnt know this would screw up my 3g network. So I tried a few different ROM but none worked. The problem got worse. My phone didnt recognize the internal SD card so i could not download play store.
To get to the point, I can not turn on my phone anymore. I stays at the LG logo. I can still get into recovery but when I want to install a new ROM from my external SD card it says, E: cant mount /external_SD/.
Its drivin me crazy. Ive tried using Odin and smartflashtool. But my laptop wont recognize my phone. I hear it connect and disconnect al the time when USB plugged.
Please tell me if you guys need more information.

Thanks for the tip, tried this method and it didnt work. But somehow my phone recognized the external sd card so it let me install a rom. So its all good now. I just have so fix the problem that it doesnt recognize my sim card.
But still thanks for the suggestion!:good:
If you hear disconnect/connect sound, that means drivers on pc are not installed, so you are probably getting a bad flash. I have never installed CMod, but I am pretty sure driver install for pc is the same. Check part 1, page 1 here

i need some help with mine lg nexus 4, i cant connect to my pc ( tried different computers)

does anyone know how to fix that i,ve tried to put my phone to factory reset but that did not work,
i,m still running on 4.4.4 (beqouse it wont update to 5 ) it gave me a message earlier to update to 5 saw that andoird logo but it dint work for some reason
my microphone isnt working either .... i looked online and saw more people had trouble with that after the update, only mine dint update.
hope that someone can help me ..

All Your Ques/Ans Goes Here : Nexus 4 Help
Hello Guys
So i recently purchased a samsung tablet (gt-n8013) it was working fine, i put it to charged came back from work and it wouldn't bootup ,it stuck at the samsung logo..I checked online (google and youtube) and it seems like a common issue with that tablet (thank you samsung), i tried almost everything, hard reset, root the tablet and nothing seems to be working. I also noticed my laptop doesn't recognized the device after i download the latest firmware from samsung,i tried different softwares like Odin or kies none of them wouldn't recognized the device, so it was impossible to root my tablet..i bought a new usb cable and tried the same steps on a different pc still nothing...Its been two weeks now still not working and i don't know what else to do, if anyone ran to the same problem and knows how to fix it ,could you kindly help me resolve this issue or point me out to the right direction PLEASE!!!..Thank you.

Your best bet is to ask for help in your device's forum here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-10-1. But sometimes device's just die. Odin is your best chance to get it working again. With your device booted into download mode and connected to your pc does device manager show anything? Maybe an icon with a yellow exclamation mark.

Okay so, My friend has a samsung galaxy s5 neo and he gave it to his daughter who is quite young. She set up her own gmail etc on it and he later had to factory reset the phone.
Upon starting it up, he obviously ran into the "please log in with the origional gmail account to verify identity." the only problem is his child cant remember the details at all.
So, he has handed his phone to me to fix as i have a bit of experience with this sort of stuff however I have a couple of problems.
First and foremost usb debugging and oem unlock allowed are not ticked whatsoever and because i cant access the phone i cant get them on. I'm pretty stumped on what to do now, i've tried several things
like flashing different stock roms on via odin etc...
i've tried getting different apks to open when i put in he usb, i have tried to disconnect my internet whenever the "just a sec" part comes up.
The only thing i can think of now would be to get a custom recovery on and flash a custom rom. But because i don't have the oem thing and debugging on odin wont flash twrp because i get the frp lock issue.
If anybody can offer me any advice on things you think i can do to help me please do, i appreciate it a lot.
