Hi,
I have a 2" mini J5 Android phone, but was badly infected with Malware and after a factory reset I can't download firewall apps etc from the play store, I get the message "vpn not available" etc.
The issue started with random apps installing my themselves all the time, I installed noroot firewall, but that stopped allowing me to start. Netalpha and a snow.update would not uninstall despite stubborn Trojan installer saying there were viruses...
I then downloaded Uninstall, but might have deleted some system apps.
Can anyone please help me find a ROM to put on it please?

I'm using Samsung Galaxy Tab and living in Turkey. The device came with Samsung Market which is not so good. So I downloaded the apk of Android Market and installed. But whenever I want to download items, I receive this error "The application Market (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly, Please try again)" and the active button is Force Close...
Also I downloaded Facebook For Android and installed. Again whenever I want to login it gives unexpected error.. and does not login..

The android market app should have been pre installed. At least it was installed on my phone when i bought it .
What firmware is installed on your phone. Did you install a custom rom or something else?

Hello.. A market application is preinstalled but not the original one. It's the application of the local vendor.. It's very limited and not being updated. For example Facebook for Android is not located in this market application.

You can try to reset the phone or installing a different firmware. If you want to install a custom firmware/rom i would suggest rotohammers rom. If you want a stock firmware you can reflash your actual installed fw or an other fw.
If you install a custom rom you will loose the warranty of the phone.
But wait if other people haven an idea ;-)

I'm not really comfortable with flashing roms firmware etc. I once bricked a Google G1.. And I don't want to brick my tab .. The sources I found do not tell hot to do it step by step for an idiot like me )
The warranty is not important as long as the phone works normally

Installing a cistom rom is pretty easy.
You can use odin or heimdall to install a rom.
I used heimdall and installed a custom Eur Rom.
i'll install rotohammers rom this weekend and post an easy to understand tutorial. There isn't much that can go wrong

how to install android market on samsung galaxy tab p1000 pls help me
First of all, I think I'm the biggest noob. The only thing I need help in is to find out why my Unlocked R800i Sony XPERIA Play's Back,Home,Setting & Search buttons won't work at all! I've tried factory reset many times and noting has changed. Also it won't properly connect to any WiFi signal, read my SD or Sim card plus a message keeps popping up saying " Sorry! The application com.sonyericcson.mtp (processcom.sonyericsson.mtp) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again".

Bro... root it and remove all unwanted apps...
I have micromax a90s and after root i removed 7 preinstalled apps using mobileuncle tool which is available on play store for mtk devices...
Don't know this app works on yours or not... but there are many apps and tricks to remove preinstalled and unwanted apps...
But remember you can't do anything without root access...

I'm from Malaysia and newbie on Android OS.
I have a problem updating apps from playstore.The problems came after i by mistakes uninstall the Download Provider .apk and Download Provider .odex
Search google to find those files but i can't find it.
