1st put rom in the root directory of your sd card.
go to Twrp (backup first)--->wide data,cache,dalvik cache (system wipe is optional) --->go back to main menu of twrp-->flash the rom(select from root directory where you saved),Patch if you found bugs accordingly.
attachments are explained in patches
wpa_supplicant.zip -for wifi fix
CM13_Fixp.zip -for video stream fix
SDcard.zip-default memory as sd card
SDcard_otkat.zip-revert back/roll back default memory to phone memory

The problem is, my data connection is not working.
it says data is on but all applications say no internet connection

All i had to do was change the apn settings
im getting data now
Emoji issue
Hi! The rom works great, only some emoji, like the sad face don't work: they show up like a black and white basic emoji face. Could you please try and fix this?

This mod will allow you to save pictures and videos to your sd card from cm12.1 camera, will also mod the gallery to show pictures from internal and SD card.
How to install
download zip to sd card
reboot into recovery
wipe dalvic/casche
flash mod zip file
reboot
enjoy.
How to change save loaction for pics/videos
open up camera app
open settings
click storage loacation
choose either internal or SD Card
done.

working on s3 with cm12.1, only thing I have to keep reinstalling it with every cm12 update... other then that its flawless

Doesn't work at all on Resurrection Remix ROM 5.4.5 (L 5.1.1) for LG P880. AOSP Camera. Even after replaceing the lib folder and the camera apk manuelly and setting right permission no option for selecting storage shows up. Privacy guard is enabled for the camera but this shouldn't prevent this option to show up.
You'd better conduct factory reset and wipe cache partition first . Back up your phone before factory reset. If there are some errors during flashing, you can flash official rom first and then try again.

It's using the same kernel as the Lollipop 5.0 release, 3.10.61, while the only source we have available is 3.10.48, which was released with the KitKat stock rom.

The rom is a disaters.
Flickering screen.no 4g,3g works like a nightmare,nu sd card,and so om.
In my device d2212, applications are not installing in sd card, and when I try to move the application to sd card,it showing "couldn't move app" , what is the problem? And how to fix it ? Please help

Ya, I have solve this problem myself
I still have this device and installed LineageOS - 14.1 Android 7.1 which worked after unlock, root and flashing @vinay Nitrogen One.
I turned off disgest checking and installed it in unconditional mode, there is only one bug with the camera. I don't know if it's allowed, but I used this files>LineageOS XperiaE3

The reason you don't have signal is most likely you lost your IMEI - Follow the IMEI fix mentioned in the post.

Dude,
U need to flash stock rom's secro.img
This happened because ur device's IMEI is either corrupted or wiped
Fixes :----->
1. Flash secro.img of stock rom OR
2. Only If stock rom installed , install mtk engineering mode apk and then repair IMEI
